Maintenance of Occupational health centre (OHC) at YTPS for a period of two years and further extendable by one more year subject to satisfactory performance of the agency

The bidder should have past experience in providing services of MBBS qualified doctors or staff Nurse or Paramedical staff or any hospital crew such as Helpers, Sweepers etc to any Hospitals/Clinics/Maternity Homes/Nursing Homes/ De-Addiction Centres/Industries of any State/Central Government as prime contractor for a minimum period of one year & work done (Single/Multiple) of value not less than Rs 42.17 Lakhs including GST in the last five years i.e (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder must upload work order and its corresponding work done certificate. Work done value for previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the current financial year in which the tender is invited.

Bidder should have proven financial capability and have an average annual turnover of Rs.84.35 lakhs in any two years of last five financial years i.e (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) as a proof of turnover profit and loss account IT returns and balance sheets duly certified by charted accountant shall be furnished. Financial Turnover of previous five financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the current financial year in which the tender is invited.

Agency should submit relevant documents for having provided the services of MBBS qualified doctor and BSC nursing/ Diploma nursing Staff nurse for deploying in three shifts.
