Supply of Remote PLC/RTU system with software development of PLC/RTU, Control Panel with front door opening cabinet, fitted with Power buses, MCBs and modem. Suitable power supply to power up PLC/RTU panel, including necessary surge protection with 7” or above HMI display and Industrial type electrical fitting and cabling with suitable conduits complete for all related field instruments, as per technical specification

Supply of Automated Water Level transmitter non-contact RADAR type having 30m range for measuring upstream level on Head Regulators of Sunkesula Barrage, TGP Link Channel & BCR Additional Head Regulator, including all necessary cabling with suitable conduits & electrical fittings & mast complete as per technical specification
Supply of Solar panel, charger regulator, batteries, lightening arrestor with all connectors, cables and conduit & mounting accessories for power back up to Remote PLC/RTU as per technical specifications.

Supply of 55” Smart LED Display System for monitoring of Canal system at Canal SCADA Control Room, as per technical specifications.
Supply of laptops & 4G/3G internet dongles along with licensed version of Client SCADA software for remote viewing & monitoring of Canal automation as per technical specifications

S-15 Installation, Testing and commissioning of Online 3 KVA UPS with Battery system for power back up of SCADA control room equipment’s as per the technical specifications.

S-19 Five Years Operation & Maintenance and Comprehensive Warranty for SCADA based Canal monitoring & Controlling system with Telemetry along with accessories, installed at designated locations within Canal system after final acceptance of the SCADA systems. This includes replacement of material & consumable as & when required at bidders’ cost. The cost of Communication for GSM & GPRS (SIM & internet charges) telemetry for data transmission shall be borne by bidder. Minimum one Service Engineer shall be placed at each Canal SCADA Control Room for Operation of Canal Monitoring & controlling system with telemetry for entire warranty period of 5 years.
S-20 Training of the purchaser's personnel at the supplier’s plant and/or/onsite in assembly, start up, operation, maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods. Course topics will include sensor calibration, PLC/RTU/ Data logger and SCADA configuration, data downloading, data retrieval, collection, Trouble shooting, processing maintenance requirements and procedure for equipment configuration, installation, site testing and commissioning including training kit containing course material in soft and hard copies as per technical specification.
