Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete and including (fitting and fixture such as switches, socket ,ceiling rose ,pendent ,regulators,light fittings, etc to be measured separetaly). NOTE:- Job including for taking out old gutties,screw,nails,casing caping/conduit etc and making good to disturbed surface of wall ,floor etc including to match with the existing surface.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall /roofs ceiling etc and incl provision of 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches , socket outlets , fan regulators etc all as s specified and directed for following: One light/Fan point controlled by one switch.

Note : Point wiring shall be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring shall be considered.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH drawn through and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling complete including taking down old sub main wiring. Note: 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit shall be measured as one RM for payment.

S&F in replacement sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing caping of suitable size with all fittings two run of single core 6 sq mm FRLSH single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sq mm FRLS as earth wire of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade including taking down old unserviceable sub main wire any size with casing caping/conduit and all accessories all as directed. Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm cable and 01 run of earth wire shall be measured as 1unit. Length of casing caping shall be measured for payment purpose.

Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm cable and 01 run of earth wire shall be measured as 1unit. Length of casing caping shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 2009, 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board (NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition.

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to elctrical equipments ,devices,accessories and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1 The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI /05 years expreince certificate in concerned trade.Helper deployed shall be min 8th pass with min 03 years expriance in relevant trade.2. This item covers only cost of labour for attending complaint and taking down of old material. 3. Item to be replaced under this item shall be contractor supply under respective items of this schedule. 4. Complaints noted ''NO Light'' shall be attended imediately up to 2200 hrs without fail,failing which recovery of Rs.240/ per complaint shall be effected from the RARs/ F Bill.5. Minor items as PVC wire of any size as per requirement up to 1.0m length,thimble,electric tape etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this items.6.The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a penalty @ Rs.120 per complaint per day shall be leived/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues.7. Contracror shall arrange suitable T&P incl necessary means of transport, ladder and safety measures to make it functional complete all as specified and directed.8. Contractor or his rep will report daily at complaint cell for collection of complaints fromthe concerned JE's incharge,in case after checking& attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectfy the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engeer in charge by the contractor/his rep immediately. If Engr -in -chargr is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account.
