Dismantling of structures:

Dismantling of Brick & stone Work : Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime/ cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead

Dismantling of RCC Construction : Supplying all labour and T&P and dismantling of RCC construction including stacking the useful materials and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of the Engineer.

Dismantling of PCC Work : Supplying all labour and T&P and dismantling of Plain Cement Concrete work including stacking the useful materials and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of the Engineer.

Earth Work : Supplying all labour and T & P and earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil in trenches for laying of RCC sewer pipes,construction of manhole chambers,inspection chambers, house sewres & drop connection to manhole chambers etc. including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials within 50 meters initial lead including barricading, watch & ward, lighting and bailing out water of trenches ,if necessary etc.all complete as per the drawing ,specification and direction of the Engineer.

Shoring & Shuttering : Supplying all material, labour, T & P and providing and fixing close timbering in trenches (including manhole chambers,inspection chambers, drop connection to manhole chambers etc)consisting of 38mm thick approved country wood planks for poling boards, 125mm x 75mm Indian sal wood wallers and 100mm, 125mm and 150mm dia Sal bullahs for depth range of 0-3m, 3-6m and more than 6m for struts and stays at 1.5 m c/c including removal after laying of sewers and bailing out water, if necessary including all taxes and duties all complete as per the specification and the direction of the Engineer.

SBH SHORING & SHUTTERING ( SBH Standard Box S 600 for Trench and Manhole Shoring Including all Accessories): Supplying all material, Labour, T & P and providing, fixing of SBH-S600 type shoring in trenches for RCC pipe laying , Manholes & Sewerage connecting chambers including removal after laying of RCC sewers ,construction of manholes, sewer connecting chambers & back filling including all taxes, duties all complete as per the specification and the direction of the engineer. The S600 series SBH shoring is suitable for depth upto 4.0 m and it is divided into two parts. The bottom portion is 2.4 m high coupled with cutting edge and the top is 1.4 m high. The shoring boxes are supported by adjustable and swivelable spindles from a width of 1.00 m to 4.25 m.The length of the box is 3.5m each of plate thickness 107 mm to 127 mm.Spindle maximum working width will be 1.16 m to 4.26 m.Pre excavation maximum 1.25 m . The shoring plates are to be pushed in and not battered. Plate not to be pushed more than 500 mm the one side and limiting the swiveling angle of the spindles to +/- 8 deg. All complete ads per the directions of the Engineer.

Pipe Bedding : Supplying all material, labour, T&P & filling granular material (well graded crushed rock or gravel of size not exceeding 25mm) in the trenches and compacting & levelling for Class-B bedding (granular bedding)and bailing out water ,if necessary including all taxes,duties and royality all complete as per approved drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Pipe Bedding : Supplying all materials, labour and T&P and providing and laying in trench cement concrete (1:4:8) with 40mm.size granite metal in bedding of the following internal dia. including curing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. all complete.[frame work if required shall be measured and paid separately.]

Supplying & Laying of NP3 Pipe: Supplying pipes, rubber rings and all other material, labour, T&P & laying at sites RCC S/S non pressure pipes of class-NP3 including lowering the pipes into the trenches to required depth below GL, laying of pipes true to the alignment & gradient, making the joints with rubber gaskets including excavation of earth at joints below invert level of pipes, cost of all jointing materials,testing,commissioning and bailing out water, if necessary etc.(but excluding excavation and refilling trenches,shoring & shuttering) including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification,approved design & drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Cast In Place Manhole Chamber : Supplying all material, labour, T&P and designing and constructing following circular type eccentric cone top RCC manhole chambers including RCPC/SFRC manhole cover embededd with MS grattings at 15 mm interval using 16mm suqurebars to facilitate entry of surface rain water flow alongwith ring, bottom slab & shaft made of RCC M-25 to required depth with graded granite stone aggregate 12mm nominal size, foundation concrete below bottom slab 100mm thick in CC(1:3:6) using granite stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40mm size, inside plastering with 6mm thick in CM(1:3) finished smooth with neat cement punning benching & channelling with PCC (1:2:4) using graded granite stone aggregate 12mm nominal size, 20mm thick plastering over benching and channel surface with CM (1:3) including neat cement punning,connecting the incoming & out going sewers with the chamber,filling the annular space with non-shrink grout of CC(1:1:2), bailing out water, if necessary, barricading, lighting, watch & ward etc, including reinforcement,shuttering and centering(excluding shoring,shuttering to trench,earth work,removal of excavated earth,refilling with sand) testing & commissioning,including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design & drawing, specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

900mm internal dia,1.65 m deep top portion eccentric cone with 560mm internal dia at top with heavy duty manhole cover 760mm dia. of required thickness with lifting arrangement.

Foot Step : Providing afety foot-rest and fixing in manhole chambers and sewer connection chambers of minimum 6mm thick PVC encapsulated as per IS: 10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786 having minimum cross-section as 23mm ×25mm and overall minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length of 138mm as per standard drawing and suitable to withstand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactureres permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with cement concrete of grade not less than M25 with graded granite stone aggretate 12mm nominal size,including all taxes and duties complete as per specification,design,drawing and direction of the Engineer.

Inspection Chamber : Supplying all material, labour, T&P and construction of Inspection Chamber inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) for sewage collection from the house sewer complete with RCC top slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 fine sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside & outside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design drawing including supply of labour, T & P as required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

House Sewer : Supplying pipes,rubber rings and all other materials, labour, T&P and laying at site RCC NP3 S/S house sewer pipes of 150mm diameter(from inspection chamber to sewer connection chamber) including lowering the pipes into the trench up to required depth, aligning & laying to approved level or slope, jointing with rubber rings, testing and commissioning of sewer line including bailing out water, if necessary, providing bedding of granular material of 100 mm thick below the pipe, connecting the pipe with inspection chamber and sewer connection chamber and sealing the annular space with non-shrink grout of CC(1:1:2), barricading, lighting, watch & ward etc. including all taxes and duties all complete as per approved design, drawing & specification and as per the direction of the Engineer (excluding earth work excavation,sand filling & disposal of surplus earth).

150mm dia RCC NP3 S/S Pipe

Sand filling: Supplying all labour,T&P and refilling the trenches of pipe line, manhole chambers,inspection chambers, house sewers etc. with sand including all taxes & duties up to required depth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering & ramming all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Disposal of surplus material : Supplying all labour and T & P and transporting the surplus excavated materials by mecanical means and disposing the same at a predetermined disposal point within 5 km radius from the excavated site as per direction of the Engineer.

Dewatering : Providing all material, labour,diesel pump and all other T & P and using well point system wherever necessary and dewatering the water from trenches during excavation and construction work as per the direction of the Engineer.

Repair & restoration of structures damaged during work operation

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and constructing brick work with K.B. bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² in CM (1:4) including curing,bailing out water, if necessary etc including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and constructing cement concrete (1:2:4) work with 12mm size hard broken granite chips including curing ,bailing out water, if necessary etc,including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and constructing cement concrete (1:3:6) work with 40mm size hard broken granite metals including curing ,bailing out water, if necessary etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and constructing RCC work in M25 with 20mm and down graded crusher broken black hard granite, providing reinforcement steel as required, centering & shuttering ,hoisting and laying of concrete,curing etc.including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and plastering with 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over brick work including all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and plastering with 16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) over brick work including etc all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and plastering with 20mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over stone work including etc all taxes and duties all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.

Road Cutting

Dismantling and bituminous courses of flexible pavement and disposal of dismantied material and staking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead and other incidental and operational charges etc., as per directions of engineer in charge

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Road Restoration

Bitumen road

Supplying all material, labour and T&P and construction of Granular Sub-Base(GSB) with Grading-VI material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H specifications including hire and running charge of road roller etc including all taxes and duties complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Cluse 406 of MoSRT & H Specifications including hire & running charge of mixing plant, paver, roller etc including all taxes and duties complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material, labour and T&P and providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of sub base/base course including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications including all taxes and duties complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all materials, labour and T & P and providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepred bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

Supplying all material,labour and T & P and providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading-II premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications including hire and running charges of hot mix plant, paver,rollers etc including all taxes and duties complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.

Supplying all material, labour and T&P and providing and laying Semi dense Bituminous Concrete(SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading - I (13mm Nominal size) , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works including hire and running charge of hot mix plant, paver and rollers etc including all taxes and duties complete as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer.For finished thickness of 25mm.

CC Roads

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size C.B.H.G. chips in floor including supplying all labour, materials, T & P and cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, etc(100mm thickness). All complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials labour and T & P and providing 8.7 cm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard granite chips, laying on the road surface, levelling and curing all taxes, royality, incidental charges thereof etc (200 mm Thickness). all complete including testing as per PWD specification and approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in Charge.
