SCHEDULE - A (Supply)

Supply of 11KV, 15VA Single Phase outdoor type Pole mounted Current Transformer of ratio 200-100/1-1 Amp. As per specification complete and as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.(The cost of all materials e.g. Control Cables, Lugs, Ferrules, Glands Steel Materials, Nuts & Bolts etc. as required for making necessary connection between the Transformer, CT, Meters are included in the scope of work.)

Supply of 11KV, 15VA Single Phase outdoor type Pole mounted potential Transformer of ratio 11KV/√3 : 110V / √3 as per specification complete and as per direction of the Engg.in-charge.

Supply of hot dip full galvanised 11.0 mtr Steel Tubular Poles including welded base plate (IS Designation 410 SP-32) conforming to ISS: 2713(P-I & II)/1980 as amended up-to-date and other relevant IS with up-to date amendments .

Supply of 11KV Polymeric Disc Insulator 45 KN along with suitable hardware fittings and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply of 11KV Polymeric Pin Insulator with GI Pin in complete and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply of 11KV 5KA Polymeric lightning arrester as reqd. (Set consist of 3 Nos L.A) as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supply of Danger plate (11KV) on 11mtr long ST Pole as per as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supply of Barbed wire abticlimbing device on S.T pole (1.5Kg per Pole) as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supply of Fabricated hot dip galvanised steel items like 2800 mm long of 100 x 50 x 50 x 6mm,460 mm long of 100 x 50 x 50 x 6mm,2800mm long of 65 x 65 x 6mm cross arm, Clamps made of MS flats (65x8mm) of given sizes for over head structures as per technical specification, approved drawings and scope of work.

Supply of 11KV 3 Ph. 400 Amps Air Break (Vertical type) G.O. Switch in/c. fixing of operation pipe & handle etc. as reqd. in complete & as per as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Supply of ACSR Conductor(6/1/3.35) for providing connectivity & termination to GO, Disc Insulator, Pin Insulator, LA etc. as required

Supply of 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor control cable as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) 6 Core - 2.5 Sqmm

Supply G.I. pipe (ISI marked), 2.5 mtr long and 40mm dia with 12mm bolts fabricated with 8 SWG HDB Copper conductor, polythin pipe and necessary connection including supply of pipe. salt, charcoal, clamps, nuts, bolts etc. and as per drawing and as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supply of IPDS Sign board with providing 1.6mm thickness MS Sheet (1X1) ft-(lengthX bradth) size of Iron sheet i/c painting of board by screen printing method with hole etc as per approved drawing,design & technical specification and scope of work.

SCHEDULE - B (Erection)

Erection, testing, & commissioning of 11KV, 15VA Single Phase outdoor type Pole mounted Current Transformer of ratio 200-100/1-1 Amp. As per specification complete and as per direction of the Engg-in-charge.(The cost of all materials e.g. Control Cables, Lugs, Ferrules, Glands Steel Materials, Nuts & Bolts etc. as required for making necessary connection between the Transformer, CT, Meters are included in the scope of work.)

Erection of hot dip galvanised 11.0 mtr Steel Tubular Poles including welded base plate by providing and installing danger plate, anti-climbing devices (barbed wire), earthing material (coil and 8SWG GI wire), including cement concrete foundation 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips (1:3:6) etc as per scope of work.

Earthing with G.I. pipe (ISI marked), 2.5 mtr long and 40mm dia with 12mm bolts fabricated with 8 SWG HDB Copper conductor in/c excavated, re-filling with alternate layer of salt and charcoal and necessary conection including supply of pipe. salt, charcoal, clamps, nuts, bolts etc. and as per drawing and as per direction of the Engineer in charge
