Supply and installation of Main Control Panel as per technical specification Annexure-1(a)

Supply and installation of LT main supply festoon Cable of size 4c x 4 sq mm cable of approx length of 100 mtr. (no. of loop – 19 nos. along the LT for trolley) with PVC sleeve & cable trolley as per technical specification Annexure-1(b). Removal of existing cable & trolley arrangement.

Supply and installation of Cables for CT (25 mtr) & Hoist motor (25 mtr) main supply festoon Cable of size 4c x 2.5 sq mm cable of approx length of 50 mtr. (6 loop each) with PVC sleeve & cable trolley including removal of existing cable & trolley arrangement as per technical specification Annexure-1(b).

Supply and installation of festoon Cable for CT limit switches ( 2 x15 mtr), Hoist & gravity limit switches ( 2 x 20 mtrs) of size 3c x 1.5 sq mm cable of approx length of 70 mtr.(6 loop each) with PVC sleeve & cable trolley including removal of existing cable & trolley arrangement as per technical specification Annexure-1(b).

Supply and installation of HT, CT, LT Limit switch and Gravity limit switch

Supply & Installation of weather proof light weight Pendent Push Button (EM + power on + 6 way) along with 15 Mtr galvanized steel embedded flexible round Cable (12 C x 1.5 sq mm) properly tied with pendent and trolley/panel.

Supply of CT Platform of chequered plate- 12mtr long (Min 8 mm thick plate) and installation in position.

Servicing & reconditioning of existing Brake with new break lining and new Coil.

Overhauling maintenance & Servicing of 8 Ton Double Girder EOT crane in HWP (B) premises as detailed in technical specification & scope of work. Greasing and oiling of all gearboxes, i.e. hoisting gearbox, cross travel gearbox and long travel gearbox. Supply & rreplacement of Gear Box oil with IOC Servo Gear HP 140 oil or HP Gear Oil EP 140. Cleaning and lubrication of wire rope with cardium compound. Cleaning and servicing of wire rope drum.

Cleaning old paint & dust, supply & applying primer @ 35 microns D.F.T thereafter painting @30micron D.F.T. for 2 coat of chlorinated rubber paint. Scaffolding material and scaffolding erection in contractor’s scope of work.
