Fabrication of wooden crate made with the approved good quality of straight hard wood (Sirish/Arjun/Mango wood) for packing of exhibits materials.The wooden crate made of vertical (4" x 1") and horizontal (3"×1.5") hard wood battens with a crate grid-gap of 4" and hard wood runner (3"x2"). The base must be made of straight hard wood plank of 1" thickness with gap of 4" between adjacent hard wood planks. Other details specifications strictly as per annexure F of NIT.

The wooden crate made of vertical (4" x 1") and horizontal (3"×1.5") pine wood battens with a crate grid-gap of 4" and pine wood runner (3"x2"). Fabrication of Plywood wooden box with 12mm commercial Plywood and supporting batten of hard wood for packing of exhibits materials. The box shall be fabricated with adequate structural support using horizontal hardwood battens (3"×1.5") and runners (3"×2"). The base shall be made in the form of a pallet or skid to facilitate safe handling, lifting, and load-bearing during loading, unloading and transportation. Fabrication of Plywood wooden box with 12mm commercial Plywood and supporting batten of pine wood for packing of exhibits materials. The box shall be fabricated with adequate structural support using horizontal pine wood battens (3"×1.5") and runners (3"×2"). The base shall be made in the form of a pallet or skid to facilitate safe handling, lifting, and load-bearing during loading, unloading and transportation. Fabrication of Taramandal boxes of 1 set consisting of 4 pieces of different design, specification, and drawing. Box is to be made strictly with the 12mm plywood (BWP, IS:710, Fire resistant/fire-proof). All outside is to be covered with Rexin (approved colour). To be given with ¼" thick PU foam, top cover and body is to be attached with a chain, to be provided with handle, locking arrangement and hinge with stainless steel materials. Packing of the items inside the wooden crates or plywood boxes (Sl. Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4) using suitable packing materials, as required, such as thermocol, thermocol chips, corrugated paper, stretch film, transparent polythene, bubble wrap sheet, cotton, PU foam sheet, rubber/shock absorber, felt, etc., to ensure adequate protection of the items inside the crates/boxes. Gunny packing of the items using suitable protective packing materials such as transparent polythene sheet/wrapping and good-quality jute sacks. Other details specifications strictly as per annexure F of NIT.

Packing and wrapping of the items, using corrugated paper and stretch film as per the requirement. Other details specifications strictly as per annexure F of NIT.
