Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on columns and beams complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork and demolition / taking up of existing cover slabs & removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
