Demolition of concrete block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (Type C1, 1:3:6, 20mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in apex stone/kerb stone with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and set in CM 1:4 complete with joints, size and shape as approved by Engr-in-charge

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover slab or similar works set & jointed in CM 1:4 complete including necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc

M&L providing precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking tiles with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thick (M-40 grade) of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 60 mm thick paver blocks rubber moulded PCC M-35 with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006 of approved design and pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of Bitumenous road edges to achieve straight/vertical edges to accommodate paver blocks/PCC subbase/sand Cushining etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for filling of gap between road, kerbs stone and interlocking paver block with finished fair all as speificed and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/paving finish even and smooth without using extra cement . complete all as specified.

M&L for forming expansion joints,12 mm thick in concrete slab of thickness of 100 mm and filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed with sealing compound Grade A. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filling with sealing compound grade A

M&L for aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 20 mm to 60 mm graded Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 10cm thick.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation icl watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping, benching, holdfast, fixing of fencing post above wall etc,finished even and smooth using extra cement incl necessary form work.

Excavating all filled and accumulated earth, rubbish, foreign material from the drain including removing excavated material n.exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 above the starting point all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coat of white wash wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated AC or steel sheeting any guage, of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvaluam aluminium zinc coating GI base plain sheeting steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as directed by GE for ridge having tensile strength of 550MPa as as in roof covring/clading to wall, with necessary rubber/PVC end cappings/closure at support fixed with self tapping screws fixed with self tapping screws complete all as spd and directed. (Note: Corrugation shape and colour of sheet shall be approved by GE)

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins post, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete as specified

S&F mild steel rolled section as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290 GdeE-165 complete all as specified

S&F mild steel rolled section as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc etc conforming to Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A Fe complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) fonts of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the fonts, etc with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, at any location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for Acrylic LED light Sign/Display board consisting of following: (i) 45mm dia MS square hollow pipe for framing embeded in cement concrete and making good. (ii) 0.5mm thick prepainted coloured galvanised steel sheet for cladding (colour approved byEngr-in-Charge). (iii) Lettrs/Symbol made up of 2.5mm thick acrylic sheet of appropriate size, colour and design as approved by GE. (iv) LED lights for Lettrs/Symbol of desired capacity and colour as approved by GE. Note : (a) Length x Height of board for 100mm wide will be decided by GE. (b) All kind of required electric work like wiring, tapping, etc upto plug point included. (c) Two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of primer for all Mild Steel work included.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaes in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/chipping off carefully the cracks of PCC/QPC (hard concrete surfaces) in uniform width of cross sectional area with depth of 2cm by diamond cutter, cleaning all dust,, mud etc. Priming the cut portion of concrete surfaces with Flexopatch of Make : M/s Chowksy Chemical P Ltd or other equvlent make as approved by GE, and filling the cut portions of cracks to the required level to match with exisitng surfaces of concrete slab/ pavement with flexopatch mortar complete all as specified and directed by manufartre instruction and directed by EIC.
