Servicing, cleaning and descaling with the help of diluted Acid of heat exchanger for hot water & cold water installed in CSU (Ceiling suspended unit) of 3TR capacity including minor repair and replacement of rusted parts as nut bolt brazing/welding etc for any leakage observed all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Servicing, descaling and cleaning of Hot Water Generator 45KW capacity 3 pase 440 Volts 50Hz including minor repair of parts as two qty heating coil /nut bolt/packing etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair to CSU monoblock pump set of capacity 0.25 HP, single phase 230 Volts all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Notes:- Replacement of defective items of existing make/ size shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F in repair of EWT (Entering water temperature) of 13x3 or 12x3 TR chiller Plant sensor as per existing model complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair LWT(Leaving water Temperature) of 13x3 or 12x3 TR chiller Plantsensor as per existing model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of damaged portion of duct insulation and fixing new Nitrile Insulation 13 mm (minium) thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation of 40-60 kg/cum density, on duct surface free from dust etc using a thin film of insulation material all as per manufacturer's recommended adhesive. Both duct and instulation, keeping the insulation material under compression (without any stretching), seal all joints air tight etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm dia butterfly valve of AC chillier plant circulation pipe line, of existing model, welding the same as per existing fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of AHU(Air Handling unit) and taking down cover plate, disconnecting electric connections, opening the blower motor, blower, belt, shaft and bearings (02Nos) for repair and refixing complete assembly with new ball bearings (02 Nos) for 25 TR Capacity AHU including testing and greasing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of AHU(Air Handling unit) and taking down cover plate, disconnecting electric connections, opening the blower motor, blower, belt, shaft and bearings (02 Nos) for repair and refixing complete assembly with new ball bearings (02 Nos) for 35 TR Capacity AHU including testing and greasing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for FRP coating inside CSU area for arresting any type of water leakage in side CSU all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair of cooling tower water inlet float Float valve PVC type all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
