SPL REPAIR OF MAIN DISTRIBUTAION WATER PIPE LINE OF CERTAIN UNITS AT MIL STN BHUJ UNDER GE(A) BHUJ

Taking up U/S AC/GI/DI/UPVC water main (incl all fitting) with spigot & socket /MS pipe or any other type of pipe or lead joint incl burning out joint & recovering lead from pipe of 150 mm bore for laying /rerouting of serviceable pipe after cleaning complete all as directed.

All as per item 1 above but 100 mm dia bore

All as per item 1 above but 50 mm dia bore

All as per item 1 above but 25 mm dia bore

All as per item 1 above but 20 mm dia bore

Material and labour DI pipes of size 150 mm bore with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast class "K- 7" , in any length laid in trenches/on surface/ over masonary pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as directed.(make- kejriwal casting/ kesoram/electro steel). Note: DI fitting /lead joint / Tyton joint will be measured and paid seperately all the dismanted / demolished /taking down material shall be reused or removed from site.

All as per item 6 above but 100 mm dia bore

Supply and Fixing in any length UPVC pipe 50 mm dia pipe manufactured as per ASTM-D-1785 as per IS-559, Schedule-40 complete with fittings, laid in trenches in required length complete all as specified and directed

M&L DI bend any type radius and angle tapers any type straght bend increacing decreacing or double socket etc) tee pipe single branch y juction double branch cross(all socket and spiogat collars caps and plug for the pipe socket & spiogat of the following size 80 to 200 mm dia complete all as specified ( lead /gasket for fitting shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F in repair UPVC Ball valves with operating handle (stop valve) of size 50 mm dia complete suitable for fittings with ASTM - 1785, Schedule 40 UPVC pipes all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 here in above but of size (25 mm dia).

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil nexc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth etc complete and getting out in soft soil inciuding trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Rentring filling in trenches including watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting pointall as specified and directed.

Hard standing cutting/road cutting for laying of pipe and making surface good with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 80 mm to 200 mm bore from CI water mains, complete with all acessories all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair sluice valves flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type stainless steel spindle with nut, long body, class P N 1.6, conforing to IS 14846 of 2000 for following sizes including all flange joint with rubber or fiber board, bolts, nuts and washers complete including pumping out accumulated water all as specified and directed of following size:-

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

M & L for Cutting existing cast iron pipes and reducing for insertion of CI fittings to required length in position for following sizes :-

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

M&L for Construction of brick Masonary valve chamber of size 900 X900 X 900 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets alround over 100 mm thick hard core , one brick thick walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/Dense soil 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
