Manual operation of electrically operated lifts of any capacity, any type and make at Naushakti Vihar to serve any number of floors by providing separate lift operator (semi skilled) in each shift of 8 hours duration per each lift, on all the days including Sunday & Holidays, including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Out sourcing : One lift operator (semi skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs for each lift. Total No of lifts: 11 Nos BLOCK No. SS - 1 to SS - 9, JS - 1 & JS - 2 (lifts 11 nos) (2 shifts per day) Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs IInd shift - 1430 Hrs to 2230 Hrs

Notes : (a) In case of non function of passenger lifts, the goods lift installed in the same building to be operated as directed. (b)The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/ replacement of perished/ unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessorises, cleaning /up keeping of lift & surrounding area. (c) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Manning and operation of DG sets, pump sets including operation of controlling valves and attending minor break down of pumpsets, pipe lines and DG sets & connected accessories at HF/DF & RS stations area in 2 shifts of 8 Hrs each shift (including sundays and holidays) complete all as specified and directed.

Man Power :- One Semi-Skilled operator per shift of 08 Hrs in two shifts a day and timings as under. Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Manning and operation of DG sets, pump sets including operation of controlling valves, and attending minor break down of pumpsets, pipe lines and DG sets & connected accessories at CE(Navy), CWE (V) complex area in 02 shifts of 08 hrs each shift (including sundays and holidays) complete all as specified and directed.

Man Power :- One Semi-Skilled operator per shift of 08 Hrs in two shifts a day and timings as under. Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note for SI item No. 1 to 3 : (a) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cleaning of underground/ semi underground fresh water sump of 0.20 to 0.50 Lakhs gallons capacity by pumping out the accumulated water up to the bottom surface and removing the complete silt sediment sludge from the sumps and depositiing and levelling as directed, cleaning the walls, ceiling& floor using high pressure water jet to dislodge all the mud, dirt algaue, fungus and layers of calcinations, vacuum cleaning to remove dislodged waste and cleaning with the bleaching powder after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely using wire brush without disturbing the water supply to the area including applying one coat of white wash to entire sump externally as well as internally and writing details like Cleaning date / due date/ sump capacity with synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Labour for attending GI pipe line complaints (break downs) in buildings upto fourth storey, terrace and plain area for pipe of size 20 mm to 50 mm dia including cutting and threading of pipes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: GI Pipe and fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Labour for attending GI pipe line complaints (break downs) in buildings fifth to eigth storey including terrace for pipe of size 20 mm to 50 mm dia including cutting and threading of pipes as per site requirement including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: GI Pipe and fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply and fix 20 mm dia Gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including cutting the pipe line and taking down old unserviceable valves wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for chlorination treatment of water with stable bleaching power (SBP) (Calcium hypochloride) Grade I, availabilty Chlorine 34 % min, Stability 1/15 Max, moisture 0.3% max etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Lion/ Vikram /Shriram (DCM) or its equivalent as approved by GE

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.
