Dismantling /Stripping & cleaning of bogie & its components of conventional electric locomotives(WAG7) AND Stripping activities of components in heavy schedule(3YLY & 6YLY) of HHP locos at Diesel Loco Shed, Raipur.

Work Experience: The bidder should have satisfactorily completed* in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender, one similar single service contract** for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the bid.

*Completed service contract includes on-going service contract subject to payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid.

**** Similar service contract means OEM/RDSO/CLW approved sources for the manufacture and supply of Traction Motor/Bogie Frame for any Electrical/Diesel Locomotives. Or OEM/RDSO/CLW approved sources for the Repair/Rehabilitation of Traction Motor/Bogie Frame for any Electrical/Diesel Locomotives. Or Uncoupling/Dismantling/Stripping of Traction Motor/Bogie & its components of Diesel / Electric Locomotives/EMU/MEMU/DEMU. Or The Repair / Overhauling / Maintenance / Conversion / Up gradation of Transformer / Traction Motor / Bogie / Centre Pivot / Driver Cab / Pneumatic piping of Electric/Diesel Locomotive. Or The Repair / Overhauling / Maintenance / Conversion / Up gradation of Transformer / Traction Motor / Bogie / Centre Pivot / Driver Cab / Pneumatic piping of EMU/MEMU/DEMU.

I.Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be accepted. Certificate from public listed company/private company/Trusts having annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crore and above subject to the same being issued from their head office by a person of the company duly enclosing his authorization by the Management for issuing such credentials

II.The bidder shall submit details of work executed by them in the prescribed format along with bid for the service contracts to be considered for qualification of work experience criteria clearly indicating the nature/scope of contract, actual completion cost and actual date of completion for such contract.

The bidder shall submit along with the tender document, documents in support of his/their claim to fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the tender document. Each copy of documents/certificates in support of credentials, submitted by the tenderer, shall be self attested/digitally signed by the tenderer or authorized representative of the bidding firm. Self attestation shall include SIGNATURE STAMP and DATE (Date of self attestation should be within the NIT period i.e. between date of uploading and date of closing of the tender). Documents not complying with the above will not be considered for evaluation of the bid.

It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested/digitally signed by which they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V & V(A). Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
