Clearing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 2km outside the periphery of the area cleared. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 2km and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Plastering with cement mortar 1 : 4(1 cement & 4 sand) 12mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth for inside and outside walls/ over brick or concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding, watering for curing, etc. complete for all floors for all heights as per the direction of engineer in charge. Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape (colour and tile pattern approved by technopark), laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of 6mm chips, filling tbhe joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction -in- charge The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
