TWO YEARS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR R.O. PLANTS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE CARGO JETTY AREA AT NEW KANDLA

1 Operating & Maintenance of RO Plants of various capacities

provided at different locations i.e. at New Kandla inside and outside

cargo jetty area. Contractor has to ensure proper functioning of all

the R.O. Plants as well as maintaining required TDS, also

servicing is to be done at least once in a month and in between if

required at the time of any complain or as & when directed by the

Engineer-In Charge. Contractor has to get checked the plant

thoroughly, including replacement of spun filter, CTO filter,

repairing & replacement of minor spare parts like PVC line & PVC

fittings, labour etc.. complete. After attending complains/defects &

servicing contractor has to perform the testing of water to maintain

required TDS for potable water.

(a) For 60 to 150 LPH capacity of RO Plants

2 Supplying and fixing of membrane of approved make and required

size and capacity for various RO Plants provided inside and outside

cargo jetty area at New Kandla including transportation, testing etc.

complete as directed.

(b) For 60 LPH R.O. Plants- 1.00 HP capacity, single phase of

litres outflow capacity per hour with 10Kg pressure

5 Supplying and fixing multi Port valve 25 NB of approved brand for

60 & 150 LPH R.O. Plants 10 4000.00 Each

6 Supplying and fixing of 20" dia slim Bowl for spin filter for 60 to

LPH R.O. Plant

7 Supplying and fixing of Rota meter to measure pressure of water

for 60 to 150 LPH R.O. Plants

8 Supplying and fixing of water level sensor of approved brand and

manufacturer as directed by Engineer In-charge. 5 3800.00 Each

9 Supplying and fixing of Cabinet of Stainless Steel of 304 Grade of
