Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on surface other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement plaster 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. Note: WPC will be measured and paid for seperately.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in ceilings, in cement plaster 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M & L for preparing old wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered, and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. Application of paint with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a low speed of minimum 1.0 litre per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface by scrapping with mechanical sander/paint remover machine (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/8" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surface, roof projection, soffits, chajjas including facial corners etc by scrapping with mechanical sander/paint remover machine (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/8" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete as specified and directed.

M & L for water based cement based putty @ 1.00kg/sqm (undulated surfaces) of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted surface of wall and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 grit of following steps complete all as specified. Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer’s instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg per minute. Step 2- Apply the 1st coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in a level without undulation. Step 3- Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface for second coat. Apply the inner second coat to. M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved camouflage pattern/colour having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a low speed of minimum 1.0 ltr/minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
