S & F 200 LPD non pressurised ETC stainless steel hot water tank, MNRE registered/approved, with inner tank material SS 304 20SWG with outer cladding of painted & oven baked pre coated galvanised sheet, insulated with 40mm thick high density PUF insulation with 20 tube holes of 58mm diameter and outer PPGI with 20 Nos of 58x1800 mm tubes, thermostat and heater coil 3 KW and suitable size of MS powder coated stand 25x3 mm angle frame with required PCC work 1:2:4 for foundation/fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like includind caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165), including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc welded together, anchor duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and coat of red oxide primer and and forming PCC work and 12mm thick etc complete to avoid any deformation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down old U/S, broken CPVC pipe of any type any size.

Supply, fixing and laying of CPVC pipes of size 20mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete including union, bends and tees complete all as specified.

All as per item No.19 here-in-above but for 25mm dia

S&F in repair for Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, size 20 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends from iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & taking out the unserviceable/broken rotational moulded synthetic (HDPE) water storage tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F rotational moulded synthetic (HDPE) water storage tank of capacity of 500 litre capacity triple layered, cylindrical vertical closed top as per IS-12701 Table 1, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size from the ceiling, walls etc and incl making good to disturb surface of wall match with the existing surface.

M&L for submain wiring with approved colour code as per IS (Red,black & green for single phase) circuit with two single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) in PVC conduit including one run of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor nominal cross sectinal area of 4.00 Sqmm (FRLS) of continous earth wire green in colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Note :- Two run of 4.00 Sqmm cable & one run of 4.00 Sqmm cable shall be paid as one unit length)

All as per item No.31 here-in-above but for nominal cross sectional area of 2.5 Sqmm

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit with adequate quantity of charcoal and dust and common salt, not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia drawn through GI protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from earth electrode to test point/main DB from mechanical injury or tempering by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I and connected to earthing test point complete including testing, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber precast RCC cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar water pipe with wire mesh and connecting testing etc incl taking down old U/S earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level connected to & inclduing copper strip 20x3 mm by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet, passing through protection pipe of 32 mm dia light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate Nos 3 of SSR Part-I, and connected to earthing test point complete inclduing testing filling of adquate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt inclduing refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs apart and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber precast RCC cover 40mm thick nrinforces with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 20 mm dia MS base water pipe with wire mesh, funnel etc and connecting testing etc incl taking down old U/S earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Copper strip to be brazing with copper plate.

S&F in repair Air termination, single point copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified

Demolition of existing damaged earth pits and provn of new earth pit chamber of size 30cmx30cmx30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including cast iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12"x12" having 7 kg weight all as per electrical plate No.3 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair GI pipe of size 25 mm 1.5 RM long Light grade vertically fixed by means of PCC 1:2:4 of size 2x2x1.5 cuft for mounting of Copper air termination rod including fabrication work for mounting insulators on GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Copper strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair earthing strip insulators made of any material as PVC/Fiber/porcelain including nut and bolt suitable for fixing or support of copper / GI strip of size upto 32x6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
