Preparation DPR for Tunnal from Kanteerava Studio under pass to BEL Circle via Goraguntepalya Junction with Connection Loops

The bidder company must have experience in providing the similar kind of DPR preparation services of Tunnel Roads/Railways/Metro Rails projects to any Central / States governments departments or its under takings with at least 10.00 Crores of one project during the last 5 years i.e January 2020 onwards and up to December 2025. a. One project of 10.00 Crores 15 Marks. b. Two projects 10.00 Crores each 17.5 Marks. c. Three projects 10.00 Crores each

The Bidder firm must be registered as any of the following: a. Companies Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013. b. Partnership firm Registered under Partner Ship Act 1932 or LLP Act 2008. The bidder must hold valid copy of GST and PAN registration certificate. Relevant valid registration certificates should be submitted along with GST and PAN Card copies.

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and Methodology presentation for Tunnel DPR service shall be presented before the Technical Evaluation Committee of Bangalore Development Authority, Bengaluru

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff. The details of staff to be deployed under the service is being provided in the Table-1 1.Team Leader cum Senior Tunnel Expert 10 Marks 2. Tunnel Design Expert 6 Marks 3. Senior Geotechnical Engineer 6 Marks 4. Highway Engineer 6 Marks 5. Senior Geophysicist 6 Marks 6. Tunnel MEP Expert 6 Marks 7. Site Engineers 10 Marks Each staff evaluation will be done by distributing the allotted marks indicated in the Table 1 Education- 30 Experience- 60 Kannada Language 10

The bidder company must have financial turnover of 50.00 Crores per year in any two years during the last 5 years i.e FY 2020-2021, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25. a. For 50.00 Crores 7.5 Marks. b. For 50.00 100.00 Crores 9 Marks. c. More than 100.00 Crores 10 Marks. The consolidated financial turnover for last five years issued by the CA shall be submitted along with profit & loss statements and ITR copies
