RequiredThe Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

RequiredBidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp

RequiredBidder shall quote only for the make, material construction & specifications of the items mentioned in the Schedule. Bidder should submit make offered for the tendered items

RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made after receipt of material to site in good condition

RequiredBidder should submit acceptance to submit All necessary routine tests/Checks, type tests etc. shall be conducted on equipment to be supplied as per the relevant Indian/International standards. All the tests shall be conducted at suppliers cost and relevant test certificates before supply of material for approval from competent authority

RequiredBidder should submit detailed technical specifications with catalogue, if any deviations from tender data sheet should mention in technical bid

RequiredBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online.

OptionalBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered

OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
