CAC motor overhauling(mandatory): CAC motor overhauling of U#2 AHP. Motor Specification:- V-6.6KV; 50 HZ; KW-355; AMPS-38.0; RPM-1492; P.F.-0.86; % EFF -96 ; DUTY - S1; FRAME - DC315F800; INS CL.- F; ST.CONN - STAR ;IP-55; GD2 - 38 KGM2; REF IS - 325; AMB. - 50°C; WT.- 3000 KG; BEARING DE/NDE -NU224 C3/6320 C3; GREASE QTY. - 50 GMS; RELUBRICATION-10000 HRS.; YEAR 2007; 3PH SQ. AC INDUCTION MOTOR; MAKE - ALSTOM. MANDATORY JOB is to be carried out at SgTPP site. Scope of Work:- 1. Shifting of Motor from Compressor chassis to working area by EOT Crane. 2. Measurement of IR Value of Motor. 3. Removing of Motor fan cover, fan, end cover, bearing housing, bearing etc. removal of Coupling Hub (if required). 4. Pulling out rotor from stator bore with proper care. 5. Pre work inspection and preparation of joint inspection report with AHP (E/M) dept. after proper cleaning of all components. 6. Measurement of bearing housing, shaft, coupling hub and rectification if required. 7. Preparation of measurement sheet for bearing housing, bearing clearance, shaft and coupling hub before and after overhauling. 8. Checking of Stator insulation and wedges. 9. Heat Varnishing of Stator & Rotor. 10. Checking of IR, PI & Winding resistance for standard value to make motor available for smooth running. 11. Assembling of bearing and bearing housing. 12. Checking of terminal box & motor RTD Terminal Box. Rectification if required. 13. Painting of components and box up of motor. 14. Painting of motor with proper grade of colour as per industry norms after proper cleaning of surface by scrubbing. 15. Motor no-load trial run and presentation of report on the same in presence of AHP (E/ M) Dept.
Optional job for CAC motor: Rectification work of Rotor. Re-caging of rotor with new copper bars & new copper end rings. 1. New Copper for making of Copper Bar. 2. New Copper for making of both side end-rings. 3. Machining of Copper bar and both side end-rings. 4. Strip out of old copper bar from rotor slot. 5. Cleaning of rotor slot, curing, bar inserting and Brazing work. 6. Heating & varnishing work. 7. Dynamic balancing of rotor.
Optional job for CAC motor: NDE side end shield. Supply of NDE Side new end shield with insulated Bearing Housing.
Optional job for CAC motor: Metalizing Work. 1. Metalizing of DE/NDE side Bearing Housing. 2. Rectification of DE/NDE side Grease Collar and fixing of inside Grease cap outer position O-ring.
Optional job for CAC motor: BTD & RTD of Motor. Fixing of new DE/NDE side BTD and RTD along with temperature meter if found defective.
