Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Clearing the jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at 1m height from ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-35 of specified diameter and length below pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of concrete , boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by Crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note:Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tube well boring machine shall not be used.

Design, erection and dismantling of cofferdam Design, erection and dismantling of temporary twin wall cofferdam preferably using hot rolled steel sheet piles with necessary tie rods, wailing channels, other supporting structures etc as per the approved design and as detailed in the Nature of works, scope of works, procedure of works, material specifications, methodology & drawings etc including cost and conveyance of all labour, equipment, granular/sandbag filling between the twin walls, dewatering, making the area dry. The work involves also designing, vetting of the design, and submission of the approved design notes, calculations and drawings for the temporary cofferdam to HSL. The design and drawings have to be vetted, stamped, signed and dated by a Professor of CivilEngineering/Offshore Engineering Department of any IIT/ NIT. The designs shallbe in accordance with Indian standards. Depth of water at cofferdam constrcution area is 10m and approximate depth of embedment (including rock layer) of the sheet pile is 15 to 20m from seabed. The work includes mobilization and demobilization of all equipment’s, barges, cranes, all materials including cofferdam walls, granular/earth filling etc complete, and labour required for the Work; After dismantling of the cofferdam (-)9.0m CD water depth shall be maintained in the water area

(SH: - 5.0 - JOINERY & PARTITION WORKS)
Providing and fixing of hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614: 2021, for 120min integrity & 30min. insulation. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall be tested as per IS/ISO 3008-1 & IS/ ISO 834-1, from Exova/TBW/CBRI approved lab. Labled fire doors shall be with fire rated hardware and vision panel all as a complete assembly. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be step rebate grooved profile of size 125 x 75mm made out of 1.20mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system for taking fire rated EPDM seals
All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with fire rated puff. Door leaf shall be 60mm thick fully flush double skin step design door, insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be 120kg/m3 high density mineral wool insulation material. Intumescent seals 15 x 1.5mm to be provided.
All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided for 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. Door and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test.Rate shall include supply and installation of frame, shutter as a complete assembly, including all hardware, smoke seals & glass with tapes ,vision panel etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge at all levels . (Note: 5% variation in size shall be absorbed in the rate quoted)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying anticorrosive protective coating on external steel structures – A high performance passivation enhanced epoxy primer having Minimum of volume solids 75% and DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 75 microns followed by a two component epoxy High Build intermediate MIO, having 80% volume solids and DFT of 150 microns and thereafter top coated with a two component high solids acrylic Polyurethane having Min 50 % volume solids and DFT of 60 microns. Total thickness of minimum 285 Microns or as per manufacturer recommendation. All steel surfaces shall be abrasive blast cleaned to Sa 2.5 (ISO8501-1:1988) or SSPC- SP10 with suitable abrasive Grid/shot. If oxidation has occurred between blasting and paint application, the surface should re-blasted to the specified visual standard. Any surface defects revealed by the blast cleaning process should be filled/ ground or treated suitably. Before blasting, surfaces shall be washed and cleaned by water jet/ Solvent to remove surface contamination/ grease etc.. (Plinth area only to be measured for the payment & guarantee for 10 years shall be given for the work )
Providing and applying of swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc.. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.
