Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of energy efficient foot mounted multistage horizontal centrifugal water pump, 280 mt head, 9.00 Cum/ hour ( 150 LPM) discharge, speed 2900 RPM, suction 80 mm, delivery 80 mm complete. (02 no existing pump & 01 No spare pump)

Electric Motor

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor 25 HP, TEFC having nominal speed of 2900 RPM IS 325, insulation type:F, rating: 415 v+/-10 %, 3 phase, 50 Hz +/-5 % A.C. Supply. (02 no existing motor & 01 No spare motor)

Control Panel:

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic stae delta starter, control panel of 25 HP or suitable for above pump set. Compatible with SCADA system including all material, labour, cartage etc. complete in all respect.

Valves

Supply and fixing of double flanged valves including nut bolts, washer, pressure packing etc. complete in all respect. (SITC) as per the following (KSB, Kirloskar, VAG, Fouress Make). 80 mm size cast steel D/F Sluice valve, class 300 for suction side 80 mm size cast steel D/F Sluice valve, class 300 for delivery side 80 mm size, cast steel D/F non return valve, class 300 01 No for delivery side and 01 no for rising main. Making Tee, band, reducer and enlarge by welding for suction and delivery site both as per requirement of side and piping condtion, including pipe, labour,material, T&P etc, complete in all respect.

Guages

Supply and fixing of guages and fittings inlcuding vat as detail- Pressure guage Compound guage Heavy duty control cock-01 no M.S. Nipple pipes, elbows etc. required for fixing the above guages on pump 02 set.

Foundation

R.C.C in 1:1.5:3 in cement, coarse, sand and 20 mm guage, stone ballast with iron core, dust mixture (Adding 2 kg iron core dust with each cement bag) and making block for pump foundation complete with grouting the foundation bolt as per design and drawing given by the pump manufacturer including all labour, material, cartage, t&p etc. complete including Dismantling and removing of existing pump set and valves etc. and handing over the same to the department as per the direction of Engineer In-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS Fabricated heavy duty base plate for mounting above pump & motor.

Supply of rubber resistance sheet of size 1m X 2X0.015m.

Earthing

complete earthing for 2 No pump set( providing double earthing using G.I.earth plate, G.I. earth strip, watering pipe, coal, salt etc. , for centrifugal pump set and starter) as per design and drawing or as directed by Engineer in-charge including all labour, material, cartage, T&P etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of Finolex/ havells make copper conductor flat submersible cable 16 Sqmm, 3 core for suitable rating complete in all respect.

Painting

Enamel painting complete in all pump set foundation, valves, suction and delivery pipes, barrel pipes as per suitable matching colour or as per direction of Engineer In charge etc. complete in all respect.

Testing at Site
