Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 2K m outside the periphery of the area cleared. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Beyound 30 cm girth up to and including 60 cm girth. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means using Barge over areas including sloping the side embackment by excavating the slushy soil for required level/ slope as instructed, removing the excavated waste and silt materials in under water conditions by manually or mechanically and depositing the waste on specified areas as instructed and conveyed by lorry for filling the low lying areas in layers within including all leads and lifts, hire charges of excavator, loading / Unloading at the work space, lorry, Barge for excavater and other incidental charges etc. complete. Average depth of excavation is upto 40 cm. Ciontracter should dispose the waste materials safely outside the Technopark Campus.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material, carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness and disposal of unserviceable material within 2 Km lead as per direction of Engineer -in- Charges: In cement mortar. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Dry rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of through stone and bond stone. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to all level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to all level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars.The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement & 5 sand) 12mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding, watering for curing etc. complete for all heights. including Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re- pointing or re plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
