Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs to 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning, repairing etc measured seperately). complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 250 Ltrs to 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning, repairing etc measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of 20mm outer diameter of 3-layers PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR-7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobil fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropyene random fittings, bends, reducers, etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of 25mm outer diameter of 3-layers PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR-7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobil fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropyene random fittings, bends, reducers, etc fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including taking down old pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description completely, taking down of old cement plaster if any or roughening of surfaces and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with using wire brushes and water to remove all dust and loose particles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof/ concrete surfaces with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Supply only of water proofing compound/admixture shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for water proofing treatment with 4mm thick APP modified membrane weighing not less than 4Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 Gram/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180 N, laid after applying a coat of Bitumen Emulsion, Primer @ 0.20Kg/Sqm over the thoroughly cleaned surfaces to be water proofed. Membrane shall then be laid with 10Cm side overlaps and 15Cm end laps completely thermo fused by flame torch application as per manufacturer's instructions. Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkles while sticking the membrane on the bitumen surface. A coat of hot blown bitumen 90/15 shall be applied on top of the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally finished with solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm. The water proofing membrane shall be extended upto a height of minimum 30 cm on wall and inserted by cutting groove and filling with bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of liquid waterproofing compound of approved make.
