Overhauling of Steering gear pumps and motors on MFV Matsya Drushti

To undertake complete overhauling of Steering gear pumps with motors as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

Steering Gear Pumps (5HP) and Motor (18kw): Pump and motor to be removed, dismantled, inspect all parts, renewed the bearings, mechanical seal/gland packing, wear rings, seals, gears, keys, lock nut, couplings, spider, coupling bolts foundation SS bolts, purging cocks, pressure gauge liners and cocks (1/2"), SS bolt, nuts with washers, gaskets, and boxuped and alignment to be done, painted, varnishing the motor windings and improvement of insulation values, fitted back with end pipe line connections and operation to be shown to ship staff and surveyors, material procurement and fitment machinery works, all consumables in contractor scope(Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.2 of BoQ)..

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.No.1 to 1.1) and Annexure-A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.2) against third party/OEM invoice.
