Dismantling of Metal Halide Flood Light 150-200 Watt/ street lights along with its clamps, wiring from syntex box to light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix LED flood light 100 Watt, IP66 electronic LED driver with IK 07 exclusive die-cast aluminium body with toughened glass visor, open circuit protection, over voltage protection, Surge voltage protection upto 10 kv with built in SPD, lumen LED>140 lm/Watt viewing angle 120 degree suitable for highlightening architectural fixed with suitable GI clamps having two coat of enamal paint, nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Contractor will arrange T&P and veh required for repairing lights and the cost for the same will be incl in the quoted rate

Note : Contractor will arrange T&P and veh required for repairing lights and the cost for the same will be incl in the quoted rate

Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm of make sintex, Cat No GSJB-4030, WITH 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the EIC including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit incl cable glands

Material & labour for wiring circuit along with earth wire from sintex box to street light fitting with 3 run of 1.5 sqmm sizes FRLSH insulated copper conductor single core cable in suraces/recessed as required including Steel conduit of size 20 mm dia with suitable clamps made out of 25X3mm thick steel flat complete with nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in side of the syntex box MCCB 4 pole 100 A with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Supply & fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on channel of over head conductor with the help of suitable arrangement for holding the earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply laying, jointing and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 25 sqmm, 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply laying, jointing and testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc of size 16 sqmm, 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & fixing 10 sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand; gently punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

Material & labour for unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS LV type II, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for heat shrinkable indoor/ outdoor LT end terminations for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

Cable size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core

Cable size upto 16 Sqmm, 4.0 core

Supply, install & erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) prestressed concrete pole , 9 m long , minimum cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and minimum cross section 152x260 at bottom, class 9 incl foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for finding out LT fault in feeder of affected area with deploying trained electrician and helper seggregate/ isolate the feeder carry out maintenance work such as repair of jumper,insulators ,connected items and then after charge the feeder with load in presence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement 3 pole power contactor ML-1.5,25 A,415 V for high mast light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement 3 pole power contactor ML4 70A, 415 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of street light digital timer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for zebra painting white & sparkle sky blue strips 30 cm height in alternate colour strip upto 1.5 meter from top edge of coping of electric poles with synthetic enameled paint two coats and numbering to poles with 80mm size letter with black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in replacement of SAIL LED twin type avaiation obstruction light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
