Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture,over a coat of cement primer on the plastered surface to prepare the surface even with smooth surface finishing etc complete.

Plastic emulsion painting two coats on previously painted VTS inside suface of 60mt height concrete/plaster surface at all height and projections etc.and as directed at site with approved 1st quality Berger / Asian and colour of plastic emusion paint to give even shade after removing old and worn out paint at all heights by scrapping, cleaning and preparing the surface good for painting as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Applying two coats of S.E painting on doors, windows,ventilators of previously painted surfaces with Higlos luxol Berger brand/Asian of approved 1st quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint to give even shade after removing old and worn out paint at all heights by scrapping, cleaning and preparing the surface good for SE painting as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc. complete.

Applying priming coats with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel / iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Painting two coats with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger/ Shalimar ) to steel & other metal surfaces to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (Two or more coats on new work)

Applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion painting -Weathering Coat (Apex ultima- Asian / Long life-Berger ) or equivalent 1st quality on exterior wall surfaces at all heights with approved first quality & colour to give an even shade after applying a coat of primer wherever required and as directed & as described as per condition at site after cleaning, scrapping, and curing etc., including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Patch Plastering the exposed surface of brick wall masonry upto the all level with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 fine sand) to be required thickness of 15mm thick in one layer including making the smooth surface, supply of all materials tools and plants, labour, curing etc. complete.

For sealing and faulty costruction joints (concrete/masonry work ),routed ,out/making U-shape grove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slury @0.05kg/running meter
