REPAIR MAINT OF GEYSER AND SOLAR WATER HEATERS AT DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Checking and attending complaints by means of repairing/rectifying the electric defects/faults related to geysers and fixtures maintained by MES .Tightening the loose connections complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1 The electrician deployed by the contractor shall have ITI /05 years expreince certificate in concerned trade and Helper to be deployed shall be min 8th pass with min 03 years expriance in relevant trade. 2. This item covers only cost of labour for attending complaint and taking down of old material.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geysers) of any make and any capacity at any height opening for inspection compete Including heating element inner copper tank etc. De-scaling cleaning and re-assembling of Geysers after repairs carrying out and re-fixing in same position (spares as required for repair geyser are measured and paid separately) including making good to walls with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and plastering the wall surfaces with CM 1:6 etc all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs of 1.5 KW/2 KW capacity Heating Element, Push/ Screw type with ‘O’ ring including making electrical connection complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Theeta/hotmax/Elcon/Millenium or equivalent.

All as per item No 3 above but of capacity 3.0 KW Make - Theeta/hotmax/Elcon/Millenium or equivalent.

Supply & Fix in replacement including taking down of Geyser assembly suitable for 25 ltr capacity ISI marked including dismantling of old unserviceable geyser assembly complete all as specified & directed. Make - Theeta/hotmax/Elcon/Millenium or equivalent.

Supply & replacement including taking down thermostate suitable for 25 Ltr Geyser ISI marked complete all as specified & directed. Make - Theeta/hotmax/Elcon/Millenium or equivalent.

Supply & replacement including taking down thermostate suitable 3 ltr instant geyser ISI marked complete all as specified & directed. Make - Theeta/hotmax/Elcon/Millenium or equivalent.

Supply & replacement including taking down safety valve suitable for 25 Ltr Geyser and 3 ltr instant geyser ISI marked complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix including taking down for fastners screw for fixing 25 Ltr Geyser complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & replacement of inner tank made of steel suitable for 25 Ltr geyser including dismantling of old unserviceable inner tank complete all as specified & directed.
