Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work Manpower service of value not less than 50PERCENT of the amount put to tender Rs.60.40Lakhs in any one year during the previous five years 202122 to 202526 along with certificate of satisfactory service rendered should be uploaded work done certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive EngineerThe cost of works executed in previous years shall be updated to 202627 at 10PERCENT per annum

Annual turnover of the intending bidder should be at least Twice to the amount put to tender Rs 242.00 Lakhs in any of two financial years during previous 5 years 202122 to 2025-26 Audited profit and loss account statement certified by registered Charted Accountant duly having UDIN along with latest income tax returns filed document should be furnished The turnover of previous years shall be updated to 202627 at 10PERCENTper annum

The intending bidder should furnish the Copy of Valid Registration Certificate issued from Labour Department, Government of Karnataka

Valid EPF registration certificate shall be furnished and EPF clearance certificate of previous year ie 2025-26 for having remitted the EPF (shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner Regional office) along with paid EPF challans for number of 38 members in any one year during the previous five years.( 2021-22 to 2025-26)

Valid ESI registration certificate shall be furnished and ESI clearance certificate of previous year ie 2025-26 for having remitted the ESI (shall be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Deputy Director, Sub Regional office ESIC )along paid ESI challans for number of 38 members in any one year during previous five years.( 2021-22 to 2025-26)

Liquid asset and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.36.50 Lakhs. credit linesletters of creditscertificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the nationalized banks as per prescribed format enclosed as Annexure II to the notification

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualifiedif their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
