Supply & installation testing and commisioning of electric driven self priming centrifugul pump of capacity 11.2kw/15 HP 415 volt 3 Phase 50 Hz 1440 RPM , maz flow rate 4200 LPM, not less than 25m head inclusive of casing and impeller madeout of CI and stainless steel shaft stuffing box seal gland packed and base frame of MS febricated and incl vibration pad, suitable bend, elbow, washer, nuts, bolt, studs, thimbles incl all types of cutting / threading / welding/ grouting work / making holes to walls making all connection to the delivery and suction pipeline as per site requirement for smooth functioning of water distribution / pumping including foundation of pump motor including dismantling / removing existing pump set and hand over to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L CI Sluice valve of 150mm rising spindle PN 1.6 as per IS;14846 including CI flange with gasket of matching hole to fix easily to the existing system including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified.

M&L foot valves, without bypass arrangement, vertical installation, flanged type for iron pipe of 100 mm bore as per IS 4038 including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as directed.

M&L cast iron non return valve rising spindle of 100mm bore as per IS 5312 part 1 PN 1.6 including nuts, bolts including taking out old unserviceable valve complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type D-2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including demolishing the existing damaged foundation, provision of necessary form work / brick work where required including necessary foundation joints and finishing fair to the exposed surfaces, complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip Procter by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl saddles incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip up to main earthing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Supply & fix in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall incl saddles, nuts, bolts, washers etc for loop earthing.

M & L in replacement of CI bend (any type, any radius and angle) tapers any type (striaght bends, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigotted/ flanged), collar, caps and plugs all as specified and suitable for tyton rubber joints upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.
