Dismantling Cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside or re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately)

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying ,Laying , jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT aluminum cable, 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

All description as per above Item No. 5 but of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/ GI pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 0.5m above the ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for protection of cable incl spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, flat as per size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for LT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earthing lead , (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified & directed. (NOTE: Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth GI earth wire/protection pipe etc. (ii) A colour photograph of earthing pit and test report of earthing will be submmited)

Supply and fixing pole mounted thermoplastic cable junction box for steet light with IP-66 protection, halogen free and weather proof with metric knockouts for cable entry for outdoor installation of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm with front door opening system including terminals for one incoming and two outgoing cables of size 16 sqmm 4 core, one MCB SP 3 to 6 Amp 240V AC with mounting clamp of flat iron, nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed. (Make of J/B - HENSEL.)

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 40 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning and electric connection of feeder pillar outdoor type double door compartmentlized with locking arrangement canopy at top weather proof, vermin/ dust proof of suitable size cubical type factory made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick machine pressed of size 60x60x40 cm and angleiron frame 40x40x6mm for legs and incl grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 suitable for 440 volts, AC 3 phase 4 wire Bus Bar 4 pole made out of suitable size copper strip capacity 200 Amps mounted on porcelean insulator enclosed chamber with openable shutter both sides all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
