Replacement of damaged BFL poles with GI Octagonal pole along Indo pak border in AOR of 90 Bn 68 Bn BSF under SHQ BSF Bhuj

S.I.T.C. of 10 mtrs. height Hot Dip Galvanised octagonal pole, made of 4 mm thick sheet, top dia 100mm, bottom dia 200mm, complete with Base plate (320 mm x 320mm x 25 mm), with suitable bracket made of 1300 mm long, 100 x 50 x 6mm GI channel including 3 nos. mounting plates of size 250 x 175 x 5 mm thick suitable for mounting of 3 nos LED flood light fittings, 4 nos 24mm dia. & 750mm length GI foundation bolts and all other accessories i/c erection on existing civil foundation etc complete as required as per specifications. (Make- Bajaj/Tata/Utkarsh/Surya or as approved by Engg-in-charge

Erection i/c providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 grade reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 550mm (L) x 550mm (W) and 1400 mm (H) with PCC bed and RCC footing (as specified below) i/c grounting of 4 Nos. foundation bolts and providing 65mm dia PVC heavy gauge pipe for cable entry i/c excavation and refilling, shuttering, steel reinforcement etc. complete as required for 10 mtr pole i/c fixing of bracket on the top of the pole complete as required:-(a) 1750 mm X 1750 mm X 100mm (D) PCC bed of 1:4:8 grade at a depth of 1700 mm below ground level (b) 1550mm X 1550mm X 300mm RCC footing in 1:1.5:3 grade(over the PCC bed).

Fabrication, supplying, installation,and. testing of totally enclosed outdoor type front openable weather proof powder coated control gear box size 550 mm x 550 mm x 300 mm (Deep) and locking arrangement of box with latch. It shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick MS sheet complete having 4 nos. 63 Amp capacity aluminium bus bar,03 nos slide compartment for installation of LED gears/driver set, one 10A TPN and 3 nos.2 Amp SP MCB "C" rating inter-connection ,earthing testing and commissioning and required quality with blanking holes suitable for inlet&outlet of 4C X 35sqmm PVC / XLPE UG cable &bolts and dismentle of existing CG box etc as required. CG box/panel should be made CPRI approved from authorized fabricators.

Supplying and drawing 1.5 sqmm three core FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required

Earthing with G.I. earthing Electrodes 2 metre long, 25 mm dia including accessories, and providing connection with GI/MS pole by existing 25mm X 6 mm GI strip as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of set of 3 luminairies with 150 watt (Variation of more than +/-5% would not be allowed) outdoor type LED flood light luminary having minimum efficency 120 Lumen/ watt outdoor type Non integral LED luminary light should be Main housing/heat sink material of high pressure dia cast aluminium, Front cover material- clear toughened glass, Lences-LEDIL secondary asmmetric lens along with heat sink fins to dissipated heat effectively with adjustable mounting brackets on pole, Ingress protection-IP66 & above, Impeot resistance-IK08, input operation voltage range & frequency 140 to 270 Volt AC at 50 Hz +/- 2Hz, Rated voltage 240 volt AC 50 Hz, PF not less than 0.95, operating teperature range -10 deg C to +50 deg C, working life of LED is minimum 50,000 hrs burning hrs @L70, surge protection 5KV Internal &10 KV SPD, Correlated color tem- 3000K (as per ANST), with Gears of Electronic constant current potted driver (CC driver) efficiency with >85%, Short & Open circuit Protection, No Load, Overload EMI Envoirmental equivalent & Phase to phase protection 320V for 48Hrs & 350V for 24Hrs & all accessories etc as per specification etc LED light suitable for mounting on the existing pole bracket & drilling of holes as required, making connection with 3 X 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated copper conductor cable from loop box to fitting i/c providing and fixing suitabe size of flexible pipe / insulaiton sleave with accessories from top slot of pole to fitting connections, interconnection and dismentling of existing (3 Nos HPSV) fitting & other accessories i/c deposite at BFL source etc.as per specification complete required (Test report from NABL acrediated lab shall be submitted)

Laying (Relaying)of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering(i) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 3.5 x 35 sqmm

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20mm X 3mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required. (For horizontal run)
