REPAIRS TO RCC ROOF, SUNKEN, JOINERY, SANITARY FITTINGS AND CLEANING OF SERVICE TANKS, OVERFLOWS, REPLACEMENT OF OLD/UNSERVICIABLE TANKS, PLUMBING AND MISC ITEMS AT TECH AREA UNDER GE (AF) BHUJ AT AF STN BHUJ

Taking down Cement Plaster block masonry or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. of all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick base plaster in cement mortar (1:4) sunken portion/roof etc admixing water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprately as supply only).

M&L for two coats of RBR cement slurry in 1:2 proportion on complete horizontal and vertical areas of sunken floor complete all as specified.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as speified and directed.

M&L cement concrete bedding (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , jointing traps etc with RBR-modified mortar inluding priming of joints using RBR cement slurry complete all as specified abd directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:3 for fair finished surfaces.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering for fair faces of concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling/soffits of chajjas surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash by finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
