REPAIRS TO CRATERS DURING RRS EXERCISE AT AF STN BHUJ

Hiring of Vehicle Tipper of capacity 8.5 CUM for 8 hrs duty for the purpose of loading agregate of different sizes 20mm to 63 mm from dumped place (appx.distance upn to 10 Km from crater and unloading the same to the pit/carter where exercise will be conducted. Note- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator , one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of JCB Machine rock breaker heavy duty (with one driver and one helper) for 8 hrs duty required for surfacing as per site requirement. Note - (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator, one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Water Tanker with one driver 9000 ltr capacity with 01 driver for 8 hrs duty required further purpose of water facility to IMDM Plant uninterupted operation as discribed by Engr-In-Charge. Note- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator, one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Flat Deck Truck with one driver min loading capacity 10Ton for 8 hrs duty for transportation of rapidgrout (appx. Distance up to 10 Km from project store to crater) to where exercise will be conducted. Note- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Fork Lifter with one driver loading capacity 3 Ton for 8 hrs duty transportation of rapidgrout (appx. Distance up to 10 Km from project store to carter) to where exercise will be conducted. Note- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Road Roller vibration type with one driver and one helper having capacity of 10-12 Ton for 8 hrs duty for Soil/aggregate/boulder and can have movement to where exercise will be conducted. Note:- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator, one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Hydra Crane with one driver having capacity of 5/6 Ton for 8 hrs duty for lifting rapidgrout /other materials and can have movement to where exercise will be conducted. Note:- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator, one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Hiring of Tractor with one driver to take IMDM machine from MT section to Site and again take back after RRS exercise to MT section for 8 hrs duty where exercise will be conducted. Note:- (a) The rate will be inclusive of rate of driver/operator, one helper and fuel consumed during the exercise. (b) Cost of any damage/repair required during working is included in quoted rate.

Unskilled labour hiring for leveling of pit/carter and loading /unloading of rapid grout at exercise location. Working hours shift of 08 Hrs per day.

Hiring of skilled mechanic for smooth operation of RRs vehicle / plant working hours shift of 08 hrs per day
