Providing of ‘Pump-operators’ daily including Sunday & Holidays in double & single shifts for running of water pumps-sets/motors, including repair of minor electrical/ mechanical faults, plumbing, sanitary complaints, greasing of motors/pumps sets (at least once in a month), cleaning of machinary of pump house daily and also providing of small wires, grease/lubricant oil, gland dori, nipple, coupling rubber, washers, cotton waste, dhoti etc. and T&P required for repairing & maintenance for which no extra payment will be made to the contractor. Mechanic/Electrician shall also visit to pump houses for checking, maintenace & repair on call during fault/emergency, if required, for which no extra payment will be made by DTL. The Contractor is fully responsible for efficient working of water pumps as per requirement and Terms & Conditions of the contract. (Unit = Nos. of operators x nos. of months) i.e. 14 Nos. Operators for 24 months.
Rewinding of (20/30) HP =(15/23) KW Electric Induction motor including dismantling, To & Fro transportation to workshop, re-fixing, making electric connections and testing etc. as & when required at site.(Total Nos installed Motor is 6 Nos.)
Providing & fixing of Ball-bearing and repairing of pump set/propeller/motor shaft etc. of motor pump sets including providing of spare parts, dismantling, To & Fro transportation to workshop, re-fixing, making electric connections and testing etc. of the existing (20/30) HP (15/23) KW HP Electric Induction motor pump-set, as & when required at site..(Total Nos installed Motor is 6 Nos.)
