M&L scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep, surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm .

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as directed .

Alll as per item No 2 herein above but except materials

M&L Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metr premixed bituminous asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm onsolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen by weight of total mix, using hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, makinggood by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal complete all as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous,macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder contant using paving bitumen any penitration including prepration of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous,macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness more than 75 mm) with 4% binder contant using paving bitumen any penitration including prepration of black top surfaces bu brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations including demolition of cement concrete complete all as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided includind demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cms thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded aggregate for causeway, hard standing complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old Painted concreet surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and painting with one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation newly or previously untreated concreet surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L demolation of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as directed.

M&L Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs D52 Raised pavement marker (Cat Eye Road Stud) complyuing ASTM D-4380 type H specifications, made of high strength engineering plastic body having at least 13635 kgs load bearing capacity in accordance with ASTM D 4280. The reflective riased pavement markers shall also confrem to the MORTH circular No RW/NH. 33023/10/97-DO.III & size or marker 9 cms x 10 cms x 1.6 cm having shape so that no water penetration or dust accumulation takes place on reflective surface, fitted with electronically weded tough polycarbonate micro prismatic reflective panels having not less than 13 sqcms surface of each side having long distance visibility at night and in wet weather condition. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a cill not less than value specified in table 1 of MORTH circular dated 11.06.97 respectively.
