Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Pneumatically operated Pan discharge vavle Specification as below:-(A-)Mild steel as per IS:2062-2006 Fabricated Pneumatic operated Pan discharge valve fitted with S.S. body seat in body flange, 1 No’s inspection hole to be provided in the body to have approach up to valve seat & 2 Nos. Pneumatic cylinder will be 300mm bore & 300mm stroke & the locking cylinder will be 100mm bore & 200mm stroke, complete with locking arrangement the material of Pneumatic cylinder will be SS & SS shaft duly ground. With fabricated Bottom cone flange(made out from 25mm thk. Prime plate) with150mm nozzle, complete as per our specification/approved drawing. Discharge valve size-600mm. M.O.C. of Body:- (All M.S. as per IS:2062Gr. E250A) Body Shell - M.S.(10mm thk.) Top & Bottom plate - M.S.(10mm thk.) Bottom Flange - M.S.(made out 25mm thk.prime plate) Housing & stuffing - M.S. fabricated Valve seat -M.S. fitted with stainless steel ring of AISI410 grade. Valve Flap - Cast Iron fitted with EPDM Rubber suitable to with stand Temp. of 1450C. Spindle - S.S.410 with Gland arrangement, duly coupled with Pnumatic cylinder. Coupling - C.I. to be fitted in between valve Spindle & Pneumatic cylinder. Gland - C.I. IS 210 FG260 M.O.C. Pneumatic Cylinders(Main & Lock):- Cylinder Barrel - S.S.304(IS 6911) duly grinded & polished. Cylinder shaft - S.S.304(IS6911) duly grinded & polished. Cylinder Piston - Cast Iron Cylinder End Cover - Cast Iron Seal Kit - EPDM (B)-Operating Panel Box(Single type) with IP-30 Protection for Pneumatic Operation with 2 No’s Air Disc Rotary valves(1No. for Main & 01 No. for Lock), fitted with P.U. pipe 30- Meter-long per panel, One No. FRL unit, complete with all type of one touch connector, suitable for 1 No’s Discharge Valve.
