SITE CLEARANCE AND DEVLOPMENT

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material soil/ spoil to a distance exceeding 50 meter not exceeding 250 meter including debries lying at site and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 30 cm and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber formation surfaces (cutting or filling) of roads using 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depression which occur during rolling (including berm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 200mm thick (Compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade-I as specified table 400-1 of morth specifications for Road and Bridges works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required material are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of Morth Specification for Road and Bridges works 2013.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted) WMM laid in two layer of 75mm each confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular materials premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required and directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as per table 900-1 MORTH specification for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 7.5 Kgs per 10 Sqm (Paving bitumen), and laying bituminous premix semi content complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified in SSR and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing BM/ Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushing with mechanical brooms and high pressure jet for removing caked mud and applying evenly one priming coat of VG-10 grade paving bitumen @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm by using Mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and machanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil material exceeding 250 meter but not exceeding 500 meter and depositing where directed.

Supply and fixing of retroreflective Cautionary/ Warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mm with support length of 3650mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and boarders as per IRC, 67:2001, pasted on substractive by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure confirming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of mild steel angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3mm alongwith theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. Mild Steel angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm to a vertical post made up to Mild Steel Tee section ISMT 50 x 50 x 6mm welded with base plate of size 100 x 100 x 5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing Mild steel message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand and manufacture over priming coat of zinc chrome yellow primer (Vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours) Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts complete all as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3, including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/ un interrupted), arrows, letters exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road making materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No.356) over one coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and as directed.

PATH AND CULVERTS

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stones and boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes of single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in tenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 5 Km above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position pressed concrete poles of 11.00 meter long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, painting and marking alternate white and black strip 30 cm height, painting pole number, letters/ figures by black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 200 Amps triple pole gang operated air break switch having 12 Nos FRP insulator with earthing switch rotating type for horizontal or vertical operation mechanically operated 3 rows type mounted on FRP insulators (including insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe of suitable length to operated from ground level including locking arrangement with pad lock with three Nos of keys including 11 KV swing out expulsion fuses (drop out type) of 10 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning lightening arrestor (expulsion type) outdoor nominal discharge current 65 KA, 11 KV including clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connecting to earth with 32 x 6mm Galvanised Iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, (Earthed) grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core in pipe/ trench/ cable duct/ fixed on wall by proper size shaped Galvanised Iron clamps with nut bolts and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip of dia 32mm x 6mm as earthing lead means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point and to main switch board with and including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate and 40mm dia Galvanised Iron pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and Galvanised Iron pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 with 3 Nos 8mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earth lead wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 meter only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth Galvanised iron earth wire/ protection pipe if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Supply and fixing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing as required 32 x 6mm dia galvanised steel strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet vitreous enameled white with letters figures written in English, Hindi and Tamil (and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts size 25 X 20 cm, for HT supply grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator shown "HT UG cables" painted in brown colour and root of cable with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS rod 12mm dia 70 cm long (all word embosed) and embaded in PCC block of size 30 x 30 x 60 cm in ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 kV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core, 95 SQ MM, XLPE insulated, armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of all aluminium conductor having high strength to weight ratio for jumper of 2/4 pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and conncetion of new Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator on pole or any structure including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and conncetion of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade including connection of existing OH HT line all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type 1, flat as per size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for LT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/ struts including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc., water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for loose filling with graded stone aggregates (granite) 50mm spread thickness 150mm for outdoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of size 150mm (6') inch dia, ISI marked to IS-8329-2000 Reaffirmed Edition 4.1 suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths with cement motor lining and bituminious finishing layer supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-9 including "push on joints" supplied with ISI marked including all Push on joints type DI joints required as per site like tee, elbow, bend, reducer laid in tenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve of size 150mm dia, non rasing type spindle, cast iron body and wedge with Bronze wedge ring on both side, gland packing, class - PN 1.6 with flanged ends drilled suitable for bore of pipe ISI marked (IS:14846:2000) having stainless steel spindle with iron wheel at top, complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing mainline DI/ CI pipe line in position and any size reducing to required length, in position, including supply and fixing all required fittings, dewatering, if any involed, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Construction of new PCC solid Masonary valve chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 150mm thick 150mm wide off sets alround over 100mm thick hard core, 200mm thick PCC solid block walls built in CM 1:6, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/ Dense/ rock soil 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50mm X 50mm X 6mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven centrifugal pump set with induction motor of capcity, self priming, total head 25 meter of water column and discharge 1620 LPM, electric driven, 3 phase, 415V, at 25 meter head including providing electric conncetions of single core copper conductor to starter panel, suitable foundation with base frame as per manfacture drawing, coupling, cut to required length and marking holes got fixing of motor and pumps, grouting in foundation, including painting, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a red oxide primer, necessary civil work, anti vibration pad, proper alignment by reverse dial gauge, vaccum gauge at suction and dilivery side, conncetion with suction and delivery side connection including fittings like eccentric/ concentric fittings, including Note:- (i) Capacity of pump and motor shall be calculated as per discharge and total head mentioned above using performace curve (Best efficiency point). (ii) Drawing and performance curve of pump set shall be subbmitted at the time of approval of make. (iii) Drawing of nfoundation and base frame shall be submitted at time of approval of make. (iv) Head and discharge mentioned are tentative. Both of them may vary as per site requirement.

Supply, laying in trenches, fixing to pump, jointing and testing of 100mm MS class ERW pipes conforming to IS:1239 with any accessories which is required like fittings including tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets, GI nuts, bolts and washers, rubber packing, adequate support to the pipe and making good the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm bore galvanized steel tubing, heavy grade, with all fittings laid in trenches/ road/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Water level indicator 7 segment 4 digit LED dis play.Input-4 to 20 Mili Amp. Power Supply-230 Volt AC including water level sensor hydrostatic range, connceting wires from sensor on top of tank to display system suitable for 50000 gallon water capacity complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Electromagnetic type water flow meter, IP 65, accuracy +/- 0.5% of flow rate, Flanged conncetion type,operating temeperature of 60 degree C of size 100mm, ouput of 4-20mA, Display of instantaneous and totalized flow, performace is complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable/ pipe or for shaft, walls, cesspts, manholes, pier holes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 (using 20mm and 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in the proportion as directed exceeding 10 cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick rough cast plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of rough cast plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, conices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work not exceeding 15 cm width or girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004,Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, Cantilevers, bressummers, lintels, copings Over 1.5 meter span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough finished formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs also splays between floors and beams complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of walls using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in Main bar, stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.
