EARTHING & LIGHTNING PROTECTION

M & L for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode (98% conductivity when annealed) of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.00 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 4.00 m deep below normal ground connected to and including copper earth strip 32 mm x 3 mm by means of copper bolts nuts check nuts and washer, returning & filling the pit with excavated soil mixed with charcoal 250 KG, Crystal salt 200 KG, magnesium sulphate of 150 KG and vegetable soil all around the plate up to 350 mm above from top edge of plate and ballance portion filling with excavated soil in layers n.exc 25 mm thick and providing 15 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe, 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe for earth strip protection, including all excavation earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 x 300 mm with 120 mm thick wall and 700 mm x 700 mm x 150 mm thick bed concrete, RCC 1:2:4,type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item. (ii) The earth resistance value shall be less than 1 Ohm. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, install and testing mechanically operated , Triple pole 11 KV, 400 Amps 3 insulators rocking tilting type gang operated air break off load, disconnecting switch mounted on insulator and steel frame,Triple pole each pole consist of galvanised steel base, H.T. insulators as per B.S.S / I. S. non -ferrous knife and spring loaded contects, arching horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformer horizontally G.I. pipe of adequate length for phase sepration , adequate length of G.I pipes for operation from griound level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanised and non ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather all as directed by engineer in charge.

S & F drop out fuse unit mounted on HT 11 KV 2 Nos post insulators with brackets including barrel fuse DOLO type, 400 Amps 11KV grade complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and installation and commisioning of Isolation transformer, Outdoor type complete copper wound, oil cooled, class of insulation B, metallic body duly powder coated designed for I/C voltage 415+-5% and O/P voltage range 415+-5% with standard fittings, 3 Phase 4 wire with Primary & secondary winding ratio 1:1 , vector group:Dyn 11, Delta-Star, IP 42/55 with first filling of transformer oil of requisite dielectric strength up to level, efficiency more than 95%, separator neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing. Potential difference between N to E less than one Volt with all standard fittings like digital tem meter, adequate number of cooling radiators, lifting hook one set, earthing terminal two nos complete with over load/short circuit protection of capacity of 100 KVA all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix isolation transformer of wall mounted type 2 KVA capacity single phase 230 V including Incoming and outgoing control switch LED indicator lamp, voltmeter Ameter with all connected acessories all as directed by EIC.

Supply, installating, testing and commissioning outdoor type step down transformer, 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz 125 KVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% & + 5% on HV site to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV minding when measured by resistance method after contineous full load run on a ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. THe transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 with BEE rating and standard fittings level 3 and shall comprise the following :- (a) 03 Nos procelain bushing suitiable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods nuts and washers. (b) one cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisiting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for receiption/taking out of 01 No sutiable size LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and sheathed, heavy duly armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservantror with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill to dehydrating agent (sillica gel).

(e) Exposive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve ligting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug with re-setting device. (f) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer, vapour pressure tpe, having range 0.120 degree celsicus with metal guard having maximum perimter temprerature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6mm galvanised iron earth strip earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make : Savita/Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Supply and fix 400 W high intensity long rang weather & dust proof motor operated search light with polished stainless steel reflector cum body toughened front glass fitted to the cast aluminium front ring kept in position bt special headed captive bolts screwed down to the flamge of the lower ring ( with incorporated steel inserts at threaded portion recessed on flange of the body , focussing arrangement , G S lamp holder with lamp locking arrangement , M S cradle and possivated bolts. the search light fitting should be suitable for installing on the roof of the watch tower cabin. the search light should be swiveling type & have both vertical & horizontal operation control cabin. the search light should be supplied with 230 V 400W MH Lamp & its control gear in cast aluminium housng . Supply and fix LED flood light 70 W pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories IP 65 including nut / bolt clamps including connection from MCB to LED light with one run of 1.5 Sqmm three core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked wire all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & Fix FRP junction box of size (outside) dimensions 250x200x105mm (or nearest higher size) of make sintex (or equivalent make given in Appendix 'B'), Cat No.GSJB-2520 incl MCB SP 6 Amps - 01 No with suitable size copper busbas and fix on pole with and incl MS clamps nuts, bolts etc complete.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers,class LV type-2,flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x40mm ,cover embossed "LT CABLE" laid abutting each other with a gap not more than 10 mm, in such a way that length of cover shall be perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers,class HV type-2,flat of size300 mm x 180 mm x40mm ,cover embossed "HT CABLE" laid abutting each other with a gap not more than 10 mm, in such a way that length of cover shall be perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Lay Electrical insulating MAT ( Electromat ) Class C , B.I.S.+ CPRI + ERDA approved, As per 15652 : 2006, Size 1 Mtr × 5 Mtr , thickness 2.5 to 3 mm for system voltage ( Min ) 11Kv colour Blue, Finish one side plain/ one side patterned ( Antiskid design ), having tensile strength of 15 N/mm for temperature range of -10 to 55 0 C , insulation resistance with water 1000000 m ohm (min), leakage current : 10 µA (max)Flame retardant, No effect of Transformer oil, Acid, Diesel, Alkali. all as directed by engineer in charge.

DG SET

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set minimum 62.5 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications.

COMPOUND WALL

S&F galvanized punched typed concertina coil of 1050mm dia (Dia of coil when unstreched, when streched to 8m length) and fixed to angle iron post, struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire etc complete all as directed and specified. Note :- Stretched length of concertina coil shall be measured and paid for. One coil shall be streched up to 8.00m only. Cutting of concertina shall not be allowed.
