Panel Boards

Supply, Fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical panel board, dust & vermin tight proof, front opening type ,cable bottom entry, flush and floor mounted free standing on 4’’ MS channel directly bolted to floor using nuts and bolts, stenciling all identification etc. made of 14SWG/2mm thick CRCA sheet Zinc passivated, Phosphated and powder coated with approved colour, hinged and earthed front doors with name plate, danger notice board, heavy duty rubber gaskets removable gland plates made out of 2mm thick sheet steel as per specifications and inter connected with suitable Al.Bus bar with following.

Supply, laying and commissioning of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1.1kV grade armoured aluminum cables of the following sizes and laying in built up trench, excavated trench, racks, rises, truss, walls, pulling through pipes including all minor civil works such as fixing of brackets, laying of brick & sand, chipping of floor, chasing of walls etc., as directed complete.

Earthing

Supply and Installation of continuous earthing conductors and earth pits as per the general specifications and IS 3043/87.

Pipe Earth Stations

Supply and Providing pipe earth station with 40 mm dia 2.5 m long GI pipe, earth stations, filling salt, sand and charcoal, construction of earth chamber and covering with heavy duty Cast Iron Cover hinged to Cast Iron Frame, including excavation of earth pit.

Earth Grids

Supply and laying/fixing of earthing conductor of copper strips/wires including necessary earthing trenches, jointing as per IS 3043/87 in trenches, walls, pulling through pipes etc

Supply ,fabrication and fixing of MS structural supports for Panel boards and Cable with two coats of primer and two coats of black paint.

Preparation of drawings and necessary documents and submitting to the Electrical Inspectorate & KSEB for getting energisation order. (Excluding Statutory Charges)

Supply installation testing & commissioning of one number 400A(AF370-40) ABB make contactor for excisting amf panel .(including bus bar changing & cirvising of amf panel)

Dismantling and rearrangement works such us dismantling of existing cables & re arragement of control cables & control wiring for amf panel.(One no.250kva DG Set working at a time 2 amf panel)

Installation testing & commissioning of excisting kwh meter & 3nos ct in excisting MSB panel(Excluding Statutery charges)
