11KV feeder Control & Protection panel with the latest numerical relays as per technical data sheet along with 3Nos. spare relays as per enclosed technical data as per the standards and other specifications. 1. IS/IEC 60255 or any relevant standards for Relays. 2. IS/IEC 60255-Part 27 product safety requirements. 3. The following information shall be marked distinctly and permanently on every relay preferably in position where it is visible when the relay is installed according to the standard: IS/IEC 60255-Part1. a. Manufacturer's name or trade-mark, type designation or serial number of relay. b. Rated setting range. c. Rated voltage. d. Rated frequency. 4. Below test certificates, including but not limited to the following tests shall be submitted to QC approval. i. Functional tests. ii. Thermal withstand tests. iii.Relay burden tests. iv. Insulation resistance tests. v. Electromagnetic compatibility tests. vi.High frequency disturbance tests. 5. The supplier shall submit certificate of conformance with the applicable relevant standards, test certificates of insulation resistance of terminals, between terminals and to earth as per the drawings of panels and panels protection class IP55/IP56 certificates for QC Approval before supplying material to the site. 6. Control panels shall comply with the relevant standards including but not limited to the following. a. The indoor equipment should have suitable enclosures with mechanical strength and the degree of protection against the ingress of solids and liquids appropriate to the surrounding atmosphere. b. Degree of protection provided by enclosures for low voltage switchgears and control gear: IS/IEC 60529 and IS 8623-1(1993) & IS/IEC 61439 series of standards. c. Earthing arrangement in the panel in accordance with IS 3043. d. The cable laying arrangement in accordance with good practice (see IS 732-1963, IS 1255-1967) and should conform to Indian Electricity Act and rules (till last amendment). e. Electrical power & control wiring connection wiring inside the module for power, control protection in accordance with IS: 694 & IS: 8130. f. Danger notice plate shall be as per IS 2551-1982& IS 5-1978.

Erection and commissioning charges

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail
