Removing of alternator from Canopy to shifting to the motorable road by skilled persons with aid of special tools ,Loading of alternator in to the vehicle vice versa.

Transportation of alternator to the nearest workshop by road afer rewinding return back to the site and other connected works complete etc as

Removing of Burnt Stator winding cleaning the core with petorl. Re-winding of Stator with"H" class insulated wire /Strip ,applying varnishing and keeping Stator in oven for drying the varnish taking readings . Reassbling of rotor in stator etc as reqd. ( after deduction of salvage value of old copper)

S/F of the Non Driving End Bearing (NDE) including removinmg of the worn out bearing, adjsuting of Housing assembly etc as required.

Suppying & Fixing of Kirloskar Make KAVR testing etc as required (Input Power 240 V AC rms+/-10% at frequency 50 HZ, Output Power 95 Volts 6Amps DC, Voltage regulation Better than +/-1% , response time less than 75 milli seconds etc as required)

Dismantling & shifting of complete 15 KVA Capacity ( Eicher make) Accoustic Diesel Engine alternator involving following works complete as required. A) Checking the condition of the DG set by arranging suitable startup battery , Diesel etc as required B) Separation of Engine, Alternator, AMF control panel, accoustic enclosure etc individually from the accoustic DG set ,removing all cable connections, earth connections etc, and making elec cable connections to extend supply to BTS shelter complete as required.C) Shifting all the dismantled individual items of the DG set from 4th floor of the building to ground floor by suitable skilled labour without any damages D) Ressembling ( Engine, Alternator, control panel etc ) within Accoustic enclosure to make 15 KVA DG set as it was before dismantle, testing after reassembling etc complete as required.

Transportation of 15 KVA accoustic DG set from BTS RTC Madanapalli to TE burakayalakota ( approx 30 km) by suitable vehicle & labour including loading and unloading at boh places safely without any damages complete as required

Installation, Testing and commissioning of DG set including neutral and earth bus bar connection, electrical cable connection to the alternator and control panel, battery and charger connections etc complete as required.
