Excavation over area but Exc 1.5 M depth& n exc 3.00 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken Stones of gauge n exc 63 mm , deposited spreaded , levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D 2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ,in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning ,filling in including spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming of soft/loose soil in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, beasement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresse complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of col umns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; rough finished surfaces of conrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to sides of Walls rough finished surfaces of conrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compoundon concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection , finish even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C 2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel small articles as holdfasts, MS rungs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.6mm thick PGI sheet as in chute for hose complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mmdia GI Pipe for chute complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Puddle Flange complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PGI Sheet 18 gauge as water bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and layibg in any length UPVC pipe 80 mm dia manufactured as per ASTM-D-1785 as per IS- 559, Schedule-40 complete with fittings, pressure rating of 10 kgf/cm, laid in trenches in required length complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing DI/GI pipeline in position for rectifying leakage and reducing to required length, in position, for insertion of collars, other fittings including necessary excavation, earthwork and dewatering for 50/100 mm bore of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC ball valves with operating handle (stop valve) of size 80 mm dia complete suitable for fittings with ASTM-1785, Schedule 40 UPVC pipes all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Construction of solid masonary valve chamber of size 900x900x900 mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets allround over 100 mm thick hard core, 200 mm thick PCC solid block walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, without using extra cement internally including top og floor including excavation earthwork in Hard/Dense soil, including 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25mmx25mmx6mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
