Description of work

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock,requiring blasting including,backfilling disposal of surplus earth withina lead up to 50m leveling etc. complete.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Incement mortar

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Disposal of excavated materials by mechanical transport up to a distance of 5 km including loading, unloading, and leveling at dump yard etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete (PCC) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (PCC 1:4:8 -1cement: 4coarse sand: 8 gradedstone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )(Excluding Cost of Cement )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade(M20) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing, and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level (Excluding the cost of cement)

Providing steel reinforcement for RCC works including cutting, bending, cranking, laying in position, and binding with GI binding wire in lines and levels etc. complete with all incidental charges

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete (DLC) subbase over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS : 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ration not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specification, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 250 mm thick final topping layer with M30 concrete, using departmental cement and water reducing admixture issued free of cost with 20 mm down graded good quality granite metal, including form work, cost of materials and labour charges using with mechanical vibrator, proper curing etc. complete as per the direction of the officer in charge.
