Amendment to the MoA/AoA of BCCL: The AOA / MOA of BCCL are to be checked and amended, if required, for enabling BCCL to raise funds through public listing.

Conversion in 'Class' of company for BCCL: BCCL is currently a 'Private' class of company. Prior to listing, BCCL is to be converted to 'Public' class of company.

Splitting of BCCL shares: Currently, the face value of BCCL shares is INR 1,000. The BCCL shares are to be split appropriately to reduce the face value to INR 1, 2 or 10, as deemed fit.
