The following valves (SEACHEST, OBD, FIRE HYDRANTS, STORM, FIRE DAMPERS, QUICK SHUT OFF & OTHER SYSTEM VALVES LIKE SD / SDNR / GLOBE / BUTTERFLY / GATE / STORM / QUICK SHUTTOFF / HYDRANTS VALVES ETC.,) are to be dismantled, cleaned, offered to the surveyor, MMD for inspection and necessary repairs to be carriedout as per the recommendations of the surveyor. the valves are to assembled, pressure tested and fitted onboard.
Overhauling of Valves: Up to 49mm
Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All consumables, all type of fasteners as per existing material grade, O-rings, grease, cotton rags, diesel oil, gland packings, oil packings, Neoprene rubber packings, washers, paints, indicators, wheels, lapping paste, emery papers (smooth, rough), anabond, Grease nipples, bushes, sleeves, rubber linings, valve seats, springs, diaphragms, lids, spindles as per existing material grade etc.,
Overhauling of Valves: 50 to 99mm
Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All consumables, all type of fasteners as per existing material grade, O-rings, grease, cotton rags, diesel oil, gland packings, oil packings, Neoprene rubber packings, washers, paints, indicators, wheels, lapping paste, emery papers (smooth, rough), anabond, Grease nipples, bushes, sleeves, rubber linings, valve seats, springs, diaphragms, lids, spindles as per existing material grade etc.,
