S&F in replacement of all VMD drive, 10 amps 3 phase 415 V comlete with its programming all as per site requirement.

M&L for repair of hydraulic break system i.e replacement of break liner, repair of pulleys i.e Pulley turning, rewinding of coils and replacement of pin set installed in 2 Ton EOT crane complete all as required.

S&F in replacement of limit switches unidirectional type comlplate all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of remote assembly or pendent suitable for 2 Ton EOT crane complate all as per specification.

M&L for repair of gear box assembly i.e replacement of gear rubber seals, welding work of gear teeths etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of bus bar and replacement of bow collector (Qty-04 nos) complate all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of wire rope 8mm dia 6/36 const. fiber core galvanised steel including wire drum repair complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of contactor set complete of 25 Amps all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for servicing/maintanance consisting of normal repair (such as greasing, oiling to all movable parts checking of electrical panels, pendent etc. and preventive maintanance, cleaning of electrical panel by blowing air and applying CTC etc) replacement of minor defective spare parts of elecrically oprated overhead travelling (EOT) crane, floor operated and capacity upto 2 TON complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for miscellaneous repair like lugs, nut, bolts, pin locks and ther small spare parts complete all as required at site.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel/ CI surface of crane (i.e Motor panel board, handle cross arm, horizontal arms, grills, MS Plates ledder etc.) Complete by scraping old paint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.( MES standard shade such as blue, red, yellow, and black or any other shade as directed by Eng-in-charge) for Electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane caacity 02 tons complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F spare of front gear box i.e helical gears, temer rollers bearing, rubber seals of shaft etc for EOT crane of 2 TON capacity suitable for 2 HP motor.

S&F spares of long travel gear box i.e helical gears, temper roller bearing, rubber seals of shaft etc for EOT crane of 2 TON capacity suitable for 1.5 HP motor.

S&F spares of cross travel gear box i.e helical gears, temper roller bearing, rubber seals of shaft etc for EOT crane of 2 TON capacity suitable for 1 HP motor.

Material and labour for full load testing of EOT crane of capacity 2 ton by using dead load incliuding providing shifting/ transporting the load alongwith suitable loading, unloding and lifting arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note. :- (i) the load required as per standered practice for crane capacity (25% excess load of crane rated capacity) the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Load test to be carried out for all motions. (iii) Necessary test certificate to be submitted. (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for provision of loads including transort, lifting , tackles/ropes,man power and removal of load etc.

M&L for complete rewiring of control panels with suitable wiring, ABR, thimbles all as per specification suitable for 2 TON EOT cranes.

S&F replacement of Pedestrial bearings of long travel movment wheels suitable for 2 Ton EOT cranes.

S&F Flexible copper cable 4 core 4 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed of 1100 volts grade multi standerd in box girder between control panel to all motors for EOT crane.

S&F Flexible copper cable 4 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed of 1100 volts grade multi standerd in box girder between control panel to all motors for EOT crane.

Repair of main wheel with turning work and bearing replacement.

Insulation improvement and reparing work i.e bearing shaft regrinding of shaft rotar shaft of squirrel cage induction motor of capacity 2 HP,1.5HP, and 1HP suitable for three movements of EOT crane complete all specified.

Upgradation of long travel function for micro movement with necessary modification in drive wiring and in pendent.
