Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting/filling):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks with E&B and BLB as met at site true to lines as per plan, X section, L section camber, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lead, lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Passing Place)

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m - Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment (Half Cut and half fill) with a lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer in charge, as per drawing and Technical Specifications of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. For Making Super Elevation

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting - Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Construction of coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Excavation for Structures: - Earth work in Excavation foundation for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in accordance with the MORD specification.

Random Rubble stone masonry for structures laid in 1:5 cement & sand mortar by locally available approved stone and sand from approved quarry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & as per MORD specification for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Random Rubble stone masonry for structure laid dry by locally available approved stone, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & as per MORD specification for retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying filter media as Hand packed stone filling in the back of retaining walls, abutments, wing walls etc. by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing edge stones on valley side of formation as per drawing including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc required foe proper completion of work as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh(woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stoneboulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Construction of Hill side kutcha drain(0.50x0.45) size as per drawing excluding in gaps for C/D structers including excavation in all type of soil and rocks as met as site with all materilas labour T&P lead lifts & disposal of excavated material etc. as directed by Engg-in-Charge

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.Using naturally occuring gravel

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By Manual Means

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS-I) on prepared surface of water bond macadam base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 Kg/Sqm using machanical means as per MORD Specification.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumenous emulsion ( RS-I) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD Specification.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B ( with crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size 100% passing 11.2 mm sieves and retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied @0.09 cum per 10 sqm) as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per attached drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 2 Km distance of road length as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per MORD specification and direction by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Direction and Place Information Boards up to 0.90 sqm size as per attched drawing and as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
