Account Management System — Chart of accounts, sales invoices, payment vouchers, general ledger, journal entries, trial balance, payables, receivables, property tax calculation, notification, payment gateway collection, and financial reports

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) — Employee management, biometric/GPS attendance, leave management, expense management, payroll (EPF/ESI/TDS), daily work reports, and HR reports.

Project & Tender Management — Tender creation, bid management, bid selection, project allotment, task management, purchase management, timesheets, activity management, and project invoicing

GPS Integration & Reporting — Real-time GPS tracking for garbage collection trucks, geo-fencing, trip history, fuel analysis, driver attendance integration, and automated utilization reports.

Asset Management — Asset register, preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, repair management, SLM/WDV depreciation, and asset reports.

AI-Based Mobile Application (Android) — Grievance filing, AI grievance allotment and tracking, city directory, official announcements with push notifications, and AI chatbot for citizen queries (Hindi & English).

System Integration & Infrastructure — Payment gateway (RBI-approved), SMS gateway, WhatsApp Business API, email, GPS device APIs, cloud hosting (Govt/NIC Cloud), database setup, and security implementation (SSL/TLS, AES-256, audit logging). Valid for 3 years.

Data Migration, Testing, UAT & Documentation — Migration of existing municipal records, UAT, go-live, 30-day stabilization, and complete documentation (SRS, HLD, LLD, user manuals, deployment manual).

Training & Capacity Building — System admin training (5 days), module-wise user training (10 days), leadership dashboard training (2 days), and user manuals in Hindi & English. Annual refresher training (3 days/year) for Years 2 and 3

Dedicated On-Site IT Resource — Full-time IT resource at Nagar Nigam Kashipur premises on bidder's payroll for 3 years (36 person-months).
