SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc. all as directed and specied by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling-in, including, spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ductile Iron pipes 150 mm dia with spigot and socketed ends class k-9 in any length with internal cement motar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated confirming to IS:8239-2000 including push on rubber gasket joints and laid in trenches as per IS 12288 complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and DI special shall be measured and paid separately

S&F Ductile Iron pipes 100 mm dia with spigot and socketed ends class k-9 in any length with internal cement motar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated confirming to IS:8239-2000 including push on rubber gasket joints and laid in trenches as per IS 12288 complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and DI special shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) of 63 mm outer diameter of pipes ISI marked,IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain fittings like bends, reducers, tee, sockets, Brass Threated socket/Tee, clamps, end cap, etc laid in trenches or laying in floors complete of following sizes including fittings all as specified and directed Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

All as per item No. 7 above but of 32 mm outer dia

S&F including taking down existing Sluice Valves, Double flanged of class 1.6 PN, 150 mm (6”) dia with wheel handle with necessary rubber flanged gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ Leader/ Upadhaya/ Venus/ L&T

S&F including taking down existing Sluice Valves, Double flanged of class 1.6 PN,100 mm (4”)dia with wheel handle with necessary rubber flanged gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Kirloskar/ Zoloto/ Leader/ Upadhaya/ Venus/ L&T

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) of 63 mm outer dia with iron Wheel head screwed both ends for pipes s complete all as specified and directed,

Supply and fixing PP-R Gate Valves (Brass insert) of 32 mm outer dia with iron Wheel head screwed both ends for pipes complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for Construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1000 mm (internal diamension) suitable for 150/100 mm sluice valve, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick wall with sub class 'B ' bricks built in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping, plastering in CM 1:4,15 mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 4 mm thick with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning in filling and removing the surplus soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for inserting Tee of size not more than 150x150x80 and connecting to existing pipe line of any size with necessary reducers, jointing material and testing for any leakages complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate of Tee and reducers are paid under relevant item, rate quoted is inclusive of jointing material and testing

M&L for DI bend (any type, any radius and angle) tapers any type (striaght bends, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigotted/ flanged), collar, caps and plugs all as specified and suitable for tyton rubber joints upto 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of DI/PPR/GI or any type of pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1 mtr depth, wide exc 450mm but not 800mm including making existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate, thickness of concrete is 150mm and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tenders shall take into consideration for following points while quoting his rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed be included for :- i. Earth work excavation in any type of soil ii. Returning filling in , including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. iii. Removing excavated material to out side MD land iv. Supply and laying of any description of pipe type/any bore of pipe in trenches will be measured and paid separately under relevant items v. 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in road.
